Edit: Forgot Brots leveled up. He'd probably survive another round unless the Redbrand got pretty lucky, but I'd still suggest getting him out of there.
If Brots moved next to Zyltris and Syna, it would also prevent one of them from pushing past Beetle. They'd provoke AoO's from nearly everyone.
OOC: Brots speed is only 25 feet. Having to push past the others is similar to difficult terrain (half speed). He wouldn’t have enough to get past two Redbrands and Beetle.

Suddenly aware of the danger he is in, Brots immediately disengages his opponent. Quickly turning on the spot he leaps through the raging flames in the charred doorway.
Brots Dexterity Saving Throw: 14 Spell Save DC: 13
Landing nimbly in the safety of the room Brots takes cover in the crates stacked along the southern wall, leaving the redbrand standing alone and confused beside the cistern.
Suddenly, a familiar cold descends into the chamber as Syna casts Frostbite at the nearest Redbrand. The druid holds out his hands and with a flick of his wrist sends forth the power of winter.
Redbrand 2 Constitution Saving Throw: 8 Spell Save DC: 13 Damage: 1 + D/A on next weapon attack roll
The redbrands cloak stiffens slightly as the intensity of the cold frost grips at him. Muscles tighten in exasperating pain as the redbrand is frozen to the spot.
Watching Brots flee to safety, Serak lifts his crossbow in an attempt to stop the redbrand giving chase. From behind the cover of the cistern wall he takes his shot.

The crossbow bolt zips above the waterline, a gentle wake streaming behind it. With a crack the redbrand takes the hit in his back, the bolt nestled neatly between two plates of his studded leather armour. The redbrand lurches forward and reaches in vain at the painful sensation rippling down his spine.
Along the cistern wall, Zyltris leaps onto the basins lip, swinging his morningstar downwards.
The morningstar decimates its target. Zyltris elevated position easily allows him to strike cleanly at the redbrands skull, causing it to collapse flimsily. The redbrand falls quickly down onto the cold stone floor in a dead heap, a sudden splash of water covering his lifeless body. Zyltris misjudging the wet surface of the cistern wall slips immediately after his weapons impact, falling headfirst into the pool below him.
With only one Redbrand standing before him, Beetle seizes the initative and charges forwards. He closes on the redbrand and deftly swings his longsword.
Attack: 11
Turning to face the charging paladin the redbrand dodges the attack gracefully and prepares a strike of his own.
A bead of sweat slowly trickles down the redbrands nose. His back, in agony from the crossbow bolt wedged in his armour. His shortsword flashes out a quick slash towards Beetles chain mail.
Redbrand 3 Attack 1: 13
The shortsword harmlessly clashes against Beetles longsword as he slices it away expertly, smiling slightly. Frustrated and running out of options, the redbrand tries again aiming for a weak spot near along Beetles neckline.
Redbrand 3 Attack 2: 14
This time a better strike, but not enough to clear the paladins impressive armour. The redbrand curses angrily, turns his head in desperation searching in vain for an escape route.
Brots will move north 5 feet so that he can see through the door way, and shoot his arrow through the doorway. If I can see him, at R3. Attack: 27 Damage: 14
If I can't see him, I will search the room for items. Perception: 11 Investigation: 20

Serak: Serak reloads his crossbow quickly while moving southwest for a better shot. With his aim well clear of Zyltris' splashing, the bard thinks to himself, "I hope he's not drowning..., " before firing again at the Redbrand.

OOC: Bots you cant see through the flames but you could still have made an attack roll with disadvantage if you want. I’m assuming the flames are opaque so you’d basically be guessing where your target is.
There’s nobody giving your target cover so you wouldn’t be in danger of striking anyone else. This time I’ll take your investigation of the room as your action, but just bear it in mind for next time
Zyltris is going to jump onto the lip of the cistern and attack R2 with the Morningstar (R3 if R2 is no longer alive when Zyltris is up).

OOC: Those damn short legs. How much Speed to Disengage and swim? lol
I don't know. Up to Brots or you, if you act for him. Dodge is a solid choice also.

OOC: Swimming is an option too! But comes at half speed, plus there’s the wall to climb over as well.
Dodge is a decent idea. Or trying your luck with the fire.
I’ll give it another hour or so before taking rolls. Don’t want to get in the habit of taking turns off you guys!
Occ: you could try dodge and I could move the fire up. To the refbrand this turn. Or you could disengage and dive through the fire and try a dex save.
