Kethra nods, asking Rubin quietly, "Where did you want to go after this keep? If we don't find the men who we left sleeping when we came in, did you want to track them down?"
You know, I forgot to ask this, but.. how did you guys in here anyways again?
Kethra points out the docks as the party walks past them. "We had been warned this place was pretty well defended, scouted it out, and decided to swim in during nightfall as they were mostly people...er, humans like me, I mean! But yeah we left most of them sleeping before we went underground to find you and Sorak to try and lessen casualties..."
Xanranzan doesn't even remotely question Kethra's body handling actions, assuming he see/hears any of it. He just averted his gaze until it was time to follow along to the next destination.
When his question gets answered eventually, he said, "Ahh, right, right. Although, huh... that would make getting those people a little tricky. Folk my not be quite the swimmers. Not that I'm one to talk." Xanranzan gestures to his stony body, then shrugs. "Apart from the next move as far as the keep goes. Any chances of maybe not needing to swim? If not, then... I guess I'll suck it up."

"Where to go next?" Rubin asks with a frown no one can see. "Let's worry about what is in front of us, then we can discuss options once we are out of here."
The next room appears to be an armory of some sort. Most of the equipment is old and worthless, although still usable for the most part.
Is there any armor that'll protect me from the tooth swords but don't give me disadvantage to use stealth? Something better than leather, like breastplate?
Xanranzan charged after the pair, but still kept up concentration on his spell. Even if it wouldn't be of use with them running, no reason to not keep a hold of it for any last minute sneaky shenanigans.

"Ya'll got any oil? 'cause I'm thinking what we don't grab, we can just set on fire. Probably won't do much to the swords, but if we can rig so it starts just before we skeedadle, they'll be too distracted with figuring it out over chasing us immediately." Xanranzan suggests after strapping on two scimitars, and light crossbow plus 50 bolts. Anything more, and he doubted being able to move around proper.
"Or even better yet. They might think they got raided by their fire friends, and be distracted sorting that out. Maybe even outright rough'em up!" He says excitedly. If noone has any ideas for setting up the armory for a future burning, he nodded solemnly and hope maybe they can at least tie the stuff down before dumping it into the river. Sure the water folk could probably get hold of it again, but the inconvenience of it all might make them feel good later.
Then again, they could also maybe never find it!

Kethra marvels at the large collection of weapons and armor. "If only we had bigger boats, or I would kill for a horse and cart!"
Shaking her head, the white haired girl nervously twirls a lock of her hair, "The Blacksmith part of me is frustrated at putting this all to waste but you're totally right, Mr. Cobbler. And having think they got raided by another cult is a REALLY good idea!
"There's lots of paper that we can use for kindling in the Grand Hall...which was lit up with several torches...so there might be a lot of extra torches we've missed we can use to make this fire."
(Or would torches be stored here in the armory as well?)
Turning to Mr. Tyde for leadership, "What do you think? Or should we check the barracks first? If we cleared the barracks first, we can take our time and check if there's any oil for cooking and alcohol we can use to soak this gear in first."
Xanranzan looks on sympathetically at Kethra. Even if his father was the one to mainly handle actual smithing duties, with the earth genasi only having a passing understanding of the job, he understood the lament, if albeit from the raiding the Earth Cult had done on his father's shop.
To Tyde later, he nods curtly. "Sounds like a plan to me. On to the barracks then to pay our friends a long overdue visit."

Kethra catches Xanranzan wordlessly staring at her with that sympathetic look and she starts turning a bit red. "What? Is there something on my face?"
She takes out a dagger which has a sheath of star motifs, checks herself on its reflection, doesn't see anything worth noting, but tightly pulls her hood back up on her head anyways, obscuring her white hair and face as she usually does.
To Rubin she asks, "Hey, want to go first in checking out the last room? I can't hide like you but I'll cover your back."
"Shouldn't we wait to start the fire until we are ready to leave?" Rubin suggests as he sees the group start preparing to light the armory on fire. "I mean, the idea was to start the fire as we were leaving the keep, but we are not done here as of yet..."
The hooded girl nods at Rubin's word, and hands him a case of crossbow bolts from the armory.
"Yep, we'll start the fire when we're ready to leave. So that's where you come in! We need to check the last room--where we found those men sleeping--before we start a fire. Or are you against this idea?"

Rubin will continue wherever the group wishes to go. He is not against the idea of looking through the rest of the keep, as that is what they were planning, as far as he was aware.
(I thought I long since mentioned Xan following along for the trip to the barracks next, but guess not. Huh. Or did we check it already, and I missed the update)
(Apart from that noo counter arguments from here about the order of operations.)
