(@Grx: A bit late for it now but I just remembered that Graxx has Fanatical Focus. Keep in mind you can reroll a failed saving throw per rage.)
Graxx loads a third bolt onto his enchanted crossbow and shoots. He hits the dragon this time, but the projectile ricochets after hitting the creature's tough scales.
At this point, Graxx's wounds catch up to him and he can't help but feel his muscles involuntarily cool down a bit (Rage expires.)
Somewhere within the rubble, Neya's heart continues to beat.
(@Ori: I'm moving you to {DH-11} instead as {DH-12} is on the roof of the building where Utar is.)
Now is not the time to be stingy with his supplies, and Doozey knows this very well. He loads his last fire-bullet on the sling and waits for the perfect moment to chuck it. Yondalla must be with him, because the perfect opportunity does arrive. As soon as Claugiyliamatar begins opening her maw to either speak or perhaps breath poison on the party again, the halfling hunter releases his shot and hits the roof of the dragon's mouth. Claugiyliamatar snorts in pain and flies up and backwards in response. (Claugiyliamatar takes 17 bludgeoning, lightning, and fire damage.)
Doozey tries a second shot but misses. Even then, Villonah, Doozey, and Graxx all notice that the beating of the dragon's wings is somewhat more erratic now. The creature continues to cough and snort, and blood flies off its wings with each beat. The accumulated wounds and the weakening fey enchantment have taken their toll.
Somewhere within the rubble, Taters continues to bleed.

Claugiyliamatar flaps her wings rapidly and gains altitude. With another roar of hatred and sworn vengeance, she directs some words in Common to CRAP and King Witchthorn: "IT MAY NOT BE TODAY BUT CONSIDER YOUR LIVES FORFEIT. I WILL HAVE MY REVENGE!"
The dragon roars in anger one more time. You swear you can hear a small tinge of fear in there too. Dark blood streams from a hundred different accumulated wounds on her body, though CRAP can only claim direct responsibility for a handful of them. The blood roils and spits as it strikes the ground below, sending up small clouds of acrid green fumes.
She speaks once again: “CURSE YOU, VERMIN! CURSE YOUR MEANINGLESS CAUSES! SOON YOU WILL ALL REAP THE DIRE REWARDS OWED FOR YOUR INSINIFICANT ASPIRATIONS!"
With two more great beats of her wings, the dragon’s massive body hurtles over the treeline, and vanishes into the distance. The great green dragon, Claugiyliamatar, has fled!
(Utar is up next. He is effectively blinded within the darkness bubble. This is also the last round for which the Spiritual Weapon is active, and it is currently 40 feet up in the air.)
Utar remembers this trick from their time at sea and us determined to not allow it work a second time. Fumbling in his pack, his hand closes around the smooth, cool sphere of the driftglobe. Speaking the command word, "Solis." he and the area around the globe is drenched in daylight.
Blinking rapidly, his eyes adjust and then fix on the tiefling. Touching his amulet a shimmer, barely detectable given the strong light coming off the driftglobe, extends covering Utar in a shield of faith. He then moves towards Ixas.
(OOC Ok, so this all assumes the driftglobe dispels Ixas' darkness. If it doesn't, well I guess Utar moves towards where he thinks Ixas is given her last attack and swings Lightbringer in a wide arc. Given the spectral warhammer is too far away to do anything it blinks away.)
Having quite a bit of experienced in dealing with darkness, Utar reaches into a pouch and retrieves his Driftglobe. One command word later, the faintly blue sphere bursts with powerful daylight, dispelling the darkness created by Ixas.
The tiefling shields her eyes, failing to see that a more protected half-orc cleric has approached her once more. Because of spirit guardians, she hadn't gone far.
The war-cries coming from the forest grow louder. The nobles and their retinues descend on the northeastern gate of the stronghold. They arrive just in time to see the green dragon flying away.
All the remaining hobgoblin and cultist forces advance to meet the enemies at the northeastern gate. The nobles have the numbers advantage at this point.
Ixas uses a combination of Misty Step and good ol' running to try to escape. She ensures Utar does not earn a chance to attack her turned back by moving a bit, teleporting, and then running some more. She reaches the edge of another building's rooftop {DE-6} and prepares for incoming attacks.
Now that the dragon is gone, Villonah's priorities shift. She takes a brief moment to catch her breath (by popular demand) and then moves onto the pile of rubble. She remains ready to use her ointment on the first unconscious ally that is removed from underneath the debris.
-> Villonah's Second Wind:14 (Villonah heals for 14 HP.)
(Graxx, Neya, Doozey, Yalek, and Utar are up next.)
Tired, Bleeding, and quite possibly nursing a concussion at this point, Doozey glares back up at Claugiylimatar as she roared and cursed and fumed from on high. Yet sharp brown eyes did not lie. With every beat of her wings in ascending, the stoutling saw through it all, and grinned a crooked grin, realizing moments before the turning her intentions to quit the battle.
Triumph and relief is soon replaced by focus again in catching Ixas' incantation on the wind. Without missing a beat save to take in one last deep breath through the nose, Doozey raced partway out into the courtyard, searching the nearby rooftops for any signs of the tiefling along the way. The words begin to poor out without much conscious thought, narrowing his world view and sharpening his focus to the point that the various weak points in the tiefling -- her stance, the wounds, the favoring of important limbs -- lit like a christmas tree in his eyes.
"Your... not... getting away... again." He said as nimble fingers fit sling bullet after sling bullet into place in between shots. The first of which only chipping the edge of the roof. But the second....

Tater's Death Save(#2):14. (1 Success/1 Failure)
Taters coughing might've been considered cute under less dire circumstances. But, het yet still breathe...
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Graxx now clear of rage and clear of the Dragon sets to immediately trying to help those screaming from beneath the rubble. Graxx (if he can hear) will move to DB,15 and begin digging with all his might.
Utar looks at the gaps between the buildings. He can jump that, right? Totally jumpable. It's not even that far down...
Utar pictures himself landing on the other side, exhales slowly and begins a headlong sprint towards the edge of the building before launching himself towards DI,9.
Amazed to be on the neighbouring building, Utar looks towards Ixas, "Can't get away from me that easily."
Pulling a throwing axe from his belt, he wings it towards the tiefling.
Attack: 11 Damage: 6
Realising he has another throwing axe tucked into his belt, Utar decides throw caution to the wind.
Attack: 25 Damage: 10
(OOC Using a charge of war priest for the bonus attack and hoping I've got the movement right to leap across the gap...)
Graxx follows Villonah onto the pile of rubble and starts digging around the area from where he can hear grunts coming. Surely enough, he finds a conscious and surprisingly not-so-hurt Yalek underneath all the debris.
The shifting of nearby stone is enough to trigger Neya's fight response. She regains consciousness but can't quite dig her way out so soon after opening her eyes.
Seeing that his companions are in the process of rescuing those in need, Doozey hopes they can spare a moment to find Taters too. For now, though, the hunter knows what needs to be done. He moves around a bit and looks up, spotting Ixas on a rooftop. Once again, the halfling needs two shots to accomplish his task, but the end result is still the desired one.
A bullet hits Ixas' mask and triggers a reaction. It seems the cracks on it where not harmless. The tiefling woman begins to convulse as green, sickly light shines from the inside of the mask. Her movements are jerky and painful-looking, and her screams raise the hair on the back of Doozey's neck. She finally collapses after a small burst ignites from the inside of the mask. (Ixas takes 11 bludgeoning and lightning damage and is DEFEATED.)
Yalek takes a moment to stand up and catch his breath. Noticing that there are no immediate threats around him, he begins to move some of the stones about his feet. Whether deliberately or not, his help should make it easier for Neya to escape her predicament, or for someone to dig her out.
(@MB: There is no longer a need to attack on your turn, so you can keep that War Priest charge. This also means you still have an action to use this turn.)
Utar takes a moment to prepare and then performs a long jump across the gap between buildings. The strength on his legs are enough to propel him successfully onto the intended rooftop, though it takes all of his energy to just land there (no movement left after reaching {DI-9}.)
Even from 20 feet away, Utar can already see that there is no life left in Ixas. Additionally, by her body, the half-orc spots four distinct pieces of a broken mask.
(OOC: We'll pause here to see what Utar wants to do with his action and bonus action. We are still in initiative order.)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
(OOC If Ixas is down, Utar turns his attention towards the tower and those inside it. He readies a cast of mass healing word (at fourth level) to be issued as soon as Neya, Yalek and Taters are free of the rubble of the tower. Graxx, Doozey and Villonah also benefit. Giving 9 hp to each.)
With the dragon repelled from the battle, King Witchthorn, the dark archfey, collapses to one knee as he summons one last portal. He looks at CRAP meaningfully and says: "Find me when you are ready." He then disappears into the portal. CRAP can tell that he is in a dire condition after this fight.
