Wis save: 18 (OMG ! I can have a turn !)
Belthiomas can finally act. In a swift incantation, he calls upon the magic of the fey world and a translucid koala appears over Quadere. Healing Spirit level 3 (+ 5 HP - 1 use/2)
He then grabs firmly his glaive and attack the mind-flayer 10ft from him. Glaive 1st attack: 9 damage 10 Glaive 2nd attack: 10 damage 5
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Kandalou DC 15 WIS Save: 10 1d10 roll: 1
((Hopefully it isn't turn ending...))
Kandalou's jaw will drop, "What... happened?" he will mutter in disbelief. He shakes the worries from his thoughts, and goes straight into battle mode. He will attack, what he sees, as the large red man.
-> Longsword, +1 vs. Large Red Man: Attack: 24 Damage: 6
-> Longsword, +1 vs. Large Red Man: Attack: 22 Damage: 6
(@Grimnir: To clarify, the koala appearing on Quadere's space counts as her "entering the spirit's space for the first time" in your turn, so she heals right away.)
The lieutenant finally snaps out of it. He prioritizes healing, sending a fuzzy koala bear to hug Quadere's shoulder. (Quadere heals for 9 HP.)
Belthomias then turn his head to face the still-gorging-on-brain Mind Flayer. He takes advantage of his weapon's reach to give the illithid a new cut. He tries again but can't help looking over his shoulder at the Hulk as he swings, sacrificing some accuracy. (Mind Flayer takes 8 slashing damage.)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
(@Superbad: Kandalou uses its action to make a single melee attack against a randomly determined creature within its reach. If there was no creature within reach, he'd do nothing this turn. Both Belthomias and the Hulk are within your reach. Because the Hulk is much larger, I'll give you a higher chance of randomly striking at it. If you attack Belthomias, we'll use your first rolled attack. If you attack the Hulk, we'll use your second rolled attack. So here's a d3 with a 1 representing your ally: 3.)
Kandalou is partially affected by the Far Realm tricks and begins swinging his longsword wildly. One such swing passes merely inches away his lieutenant's arm before catching the Hulk's leg. (Hulk takes 13 magical slashing damage.)
(Quadere's turn is still up. Feel free to roll 2d6 at the beginning of your turn for the koala's second and final healing hug.)

Wisdom Save: 20 Healing: 4
Rapidly running out of options, Quadere looks to buy as much time for the beleaguered Rrakkma as possible by distracting the seer. She closes the distance to the seer, moving to AO-41, and casts Death Ward as she goes, knowing that these next few moments may be her last.
The Mind Flayer looks at the Hulk and then diverts its gaze. It doesn't look too happy about the prospect of getting too close to the large abomination. Instead, the illithid carefully moves around the portal to meet Vishnu in combat {AQ-52}.
-> Tentacles vs. Vishnu: Attack: 10Damage: 18 psychic damage. (I forgot disadvantage because of Blur:19)
The Ulitharid keeps [Tooltip Not Found], while the Hulk welcomes the new arrival with its fists:
-> Slam vs. Kandalou: Attack: 21 Damage: 16 bludgeoning.
-> Slam vs. Kandalou: Attack: 21 Damage: 24 bludgeoning.
-> Kandalou's CON saving throw {DC 17}: 22
Both punches land successfully, with the second one hitting the fighter's temple especially hard (Kandalou takes 40 bludgeoning and psychic damage.)
At this point, the rrakmma begins to feel like they are getting a better understanding of how the Far Realm influences their minds (The DC for the initial WIS save in each round is reduced to 10.)
NOTES: Everyone should begin each of their turns by rolling a WIS saving throw {DC 10}. If you fail this check, you'll also need to roll a d10. Also, the map should be self-explanatory following my description above, but let me know if you have any clarifying questions.

Vishnurolls backward and away from the Mind Flayer and releases another arrow at the nearby Hulk. It sinks deeply, forcing the large creature to bend over momentarily. (Hulk takes 27 magical piercing damage.)
Kandalou will shake off the effects that the Far Realm has on him fairly quickly, he glances at the seer, watching Quadere fall. He turns back to the hulk and gives a war cry as he attacks him.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
(@Grimnir: Belthomias uses all his movement to move in a random direction, determined by a d8 where a 1 means north. The other numbers represent the remaining cardinal directions moving in a clockwise fashion. Also, he doesn't take an action this turn. Here's the directional d8:3 - west.)
Belthomias can't help but wander off closer to the Seer {AQ-44}. In the process, he opens himself up for a slap to the back of the head:
-> Slam vs. Belthomias: Attack: 17Damage: 13 bludgeoning.
The lieutenant's movement is erratic enough to elude the attacker.
While the Hulk is busy attempting to hit Belthomias, Kandalou recovers quickly and swipes twice. His aim is off for the first attack, hitting the flaky sand instead. The second attack just barely nicks the Hulk. (Hulk takes 8 magical slashing damage.)
(Quadere is up next. There's no need to roll the initial WIS save since she is down, but we'll need a DEATH saving throw.)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Reaction: Quadere will desperately cast Shield, deflecting the second attack and leaving her standing.
Wisdom Save: 26
Continuing her desperate battle for survival, Quadere unleashes a wave of healing centered on AP-47 (should be able to reach all surviving party members), healing everyone in the Rrakkma for 22. She then turns to the seer, head held high, knowing the next few seconds are likely to be her last.
Barely hanging on, Quadere makes sure to boost her companions' chance of survival with a burst of healing. (Quadere, Belthomias, Kandalou, and Vishnu each heal for 21 HP.)
(Thank you for being nice, lol.)
(Never mind.)
