After partially avoiding the attack from the Hulk, Vishnu immediately retaliates with another arrow to her assailant's gut. The creature bends over once again, clearly losing its strength. (Hulk takes 24 magical piercing damage.)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
The Seer's facial expression, a twisted one for sure, begins to show some irritant discontent with Quadere. It raises its staff once again and brings it down on the cleric, this time one handed. Its other hand points at an approaching Belthomias, though it does nothing else for now.
-> Comet Staff vs. Quadere: Attack: 25Damage: 35 bludgeoning and psychic.
-> Comet Staff vs. Quadere: Attack: 21 Damage: 29 bludgeoning and psychic.
It takes two tries, but the Seer finally brings the cleric down. (Quadere takes 31 bludgeoning and psychic damage and is unconscious, incapacitated, and prone.)
Belthomias feels that they need more allies and Conjure two giant toads. One close to the Seer (AN43), the other one close to the mind flayer (AO50). "Attack, help the Rrakkma !" Initiative giant toads:3 WIS save of the 2 Toads:4 , 10
Toad 2 attacks the mind-flayer (Bite 5) and probably misses... Toad 1 is confused: 6 (not sure about what it does)
Belthiomas will then stay 10ft away from the Seer, ready to swing if he moves away from its reach...
EDITS: I forgot the toads were large... I'm placing one on the Seer , one on the mindflayer
Kandalou roars at the Hulk and begins swinging his longsword madly. His foe avoids the first couple of attempts, but can't dodge the third. With his forth attack, Kandalou shoves the sword upwardly into the Hulk's gut, taking advantage of the arrow wounds already there. The bulky creature grunts in pain before slumping over the fighter. Kandalou sustains the weight and shoves the dead body off his blade. (Hulk takes 18 magical slashing/piercing damage and is DEFEATED!)
Elsewhere in the room, Quadere grunts a bit, showing that she is still alive.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
The toads are completely out of their element. The one near the Seer can barely move at the moment, and the would-be illithid meal is already half-dead. Nonetheless, the latter's instinct kicks in and it tries to bite one of the tentacles attacking it. The Mind Flayer is faster and coils its face appendage just in time.
At this moment, the other toad snaps into action by trying to bite a randomly determined creature within its reach (there is only one):
-> Bite vs. Seer: Attack: 23Damage: 8 piercing and poison.
The attempt is ill aimed to begin with, and it never threatens the Seer.

The Seer turns to face its new challenger and wacks it twice:
-> Comet Staff vs. Giant Toad #1: Attack: 22 Damage: 28 bludgeoning and psychic.
-> Comet Staff vs. Giant Toad #1: Attack: 29 Damage: 14 bludgeoning and psychic.
They fey-beast has no chance. Before it even drops dead on the floor, it disappears in a whiff or arcane energy. (Giant Toad #1 takes 42 bludgeoning and psychic damage and is DEFEATED.)
The Seer then takes a few steps back {AN-38}, triggering an opportunity attack from Belthomias.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Attack of Opportunity: 24 , 8 damage
With the creature withdrawing a few feet away, Belthomias approaches Quadere and [Tooltip Not Found] one of his health potion (+ 7 HP, OOC: Quadere you should be now conscious). Belthomias then close the distance to the Seer (to AP38 - 10ft away), within reach of the creature, ready to strike if it moves away again. "Next one to fall is you ! For Rrakkma !"he shouts

Wisdom Saving Throw: 11
Still slightly groggy from her near death experience, Quadere just manages to pull herself together. She stands, swaying on her feet slightly, and begins stumbling away from the seer to AR-42. There, she weighs her options before summoning her Spiritual Weapon to harry the seer and a brief flash of light (DC16 Dex, 19 Radiant on fail) to disorient it.
The burly figure launches another fist at Kandalou, and then extends its arm to reach Vishnu:
-> Slam vs. Kandalou: Attack: 14
Damage: 17 bludgeoning.-> Slam vs. Vishnu: Attack: 22 Damage: 9 bludgeoning. (Oops... here's the disadvantage roll from Blur: 18.)
Kandalou blocks the attack with his shield, but Vishnu is only half as quick to react (Uncanny Dodge). (Vishnu takes 7 bludgeoning damage.)
-> Vishnu's concentration check {DC 10}: 4 - Concentration on Blur is dropped.
END OF INITIATIVE ROUND 4
Vishnu will use Uncanny Dodge as a reaction to only take 7 damage.

Belthomias composes himself and conjures a couple of new allies. The giant toads appear confused at first, and won't get to act right away.
The ranger stays put, waiting for his new companions' contributions. One of them partially steps on Shai's body.

The ilithid seems bothered by the sudden appearance of a large beast right next to it.... but a brain is a brain after all.
-> Tentacles vs. Giant Toad #2: Attack: 14 Damage: 22
The large fey-amphibian bleeds profusely from its head, but its large size is also proving to be a bit of an issue for the Mind Flayer.

Vishnu is once again caught battling the influences in her mind and needs a few seconds before attempting to do anything else.
