 Please a Wisdom (Perception) check, since both you and the gargoyles are obscured by dim lighting. If you are wishing to remain unseen you may also make a Dexterity (Stealth) check.

Marav rolls his eyes quite dramatically and looks at the knots, then looks at the wings and shakes his head.

Taking hold of the rope, Flint says "Alright Marav, let 'im up."

Marav just shakes his head as if to say this is a bad idea, then he disengages.

The gargoyle takes off and tries to rip the rope out of Flint's hands (Flint please make an opposed Strength [Athletics] check, with Advantage).
