To Prove D&D Exists for Echolon

Bumper leads you to a wall of webs which pulls aside at her approach. A web covered rocky passage lies ahead which after a time loses its organic decoration. There are several offshoots but the spider seems sure of which turns to take. 

After hours of travel, it draws many lines of web up and down the corridor for about 50 feet. It squats in the center of the array then appears to settle in a resting position.

OOC: You can take a long rest is you wish.

“Well, I guess we’re stopping.” Toots drops their tiny hut, careful to exclude Bumper from its borders. “Let’s make sure we don’t get any unwanted creepycrawlies in our beds tonight.”

Can Ilyara attempt to memorize the passages they were led down and the path they took?  We're getting dragged into the bowels of this mountain by a probable enemy without any realistic hope of getting back, and Ilyara grew up in the Narrows.  She may have a head for keeping twisty routes in her brainbank.

"See this is why I thought asking for a chain wasn't going to work, these folks have moved far beyond fastening things down with worked metal, it's like they've embraced a web economy where everything is controlled through manipulation of these tiny filaments"

Tommary the Unworthy Survival 12

"Can you help me get unlost?  Well, I think you figure it out for yourself little guy, but I'll give you a hint.  Try to remember everything you passed, but when you go back make the first thing the last.  Ha Haaaaaaa, yeah!"

You think you might have it correct, but Ilyara and Tommary cannot agree on several of the turns. It makes both of them second guess which way is the correct way.

"I'm tellin' ya Tallboots, not every turn can be a left one!  I don't even know what Albuquerque is or why we seem t've passed it seventeen times, but there were right turns in there somewhere!"

OOC: Toots has the Urchin background which gives her the City Secrets feature. Would that help her at all in helping the others remember their way?

 OOC: Not really related skills. I see it as more akin to New York taxi driver navigating Amazon River tributaries. If it were Menzoberranzan or Moria or Oryndoll, then yes.

Presuming you have watches, during Tommary's go he thinks he notices the spider become agitated.

Tommary tries to see what sort of vibe Windbreaker's giving him, and will then see if he can discern anything in their whereabouts that might be setting off the spider besides the party.  Perception23

 Tommary sees the spider backing up until it bumps into your dome - there is not enough space for it to pass as the dome fills the corridor. He can hear the approach of a large two footed (probably) creature. Every few seconds he also hears a splat similar to a dropped pudding.
