Druids or people getting hit with Heat Metal often may be looking for nonmetal armors. I recently came up with this list for a question in the paladin sub. Any nonmetal armors (other than leather, studded leather (depends on the studs), hide, and padded) that I missed?
There are also nonmetal armors like Living armor (comes in chain, breastplate half plate, plate and other types, is +1 and has several resistances but slightly cursed, LOL), dragon scale mail (various varieties), Obsidian Flint Dragon Plate, and Stonebreaker’s Breastplate. Baldur's gate 1 or 2 (I forget) had Ankheg plate.
There is Adamantine Plate, Cast-off +3 If the issue is the heat metal spell.
I assume you are talking about the Heat Metal spell.
How often are you seeing this used against your character, typically it is not a common spell that monsters have that would drive you to totally change your armor...
Have you read the Ode to Heat Metal page? There is some good info in there.
Breathe, dragons; sing of the First World, forged out of chaos and painted with beauty. Sing of Bahamut, the Platinum, molding the shape of the mountains and rivers; Sing too of Chromatic Tiamat, painting all over the infinite canvas. Partnered, they woke in the darkness; partnered, they labored in acts of creation.

No, my interest was as a druid since we can wear medium armor but not metal and there are few options but someone in the Paladin forums posted asking about how to deal with heat metal because he is getting hit with it. I pass the ode on to that poster.

A bit off the primary topic, and because it doesn't get the popular vote, I just want to point out a technicality in the description for you, that Druids can technically wear metal armor.
"Armor: Light armor, medium armor, shields (druids will not wear armor or use shields made of metal)"
I know it goes against the grain, and it's controversial even at loose tables, but the description here doesn't allude to the fact that you can't wear metal armor, just that you won't (or perhaps shouldn't), but there's no justification for it as to why. The "will not" versus the "cannot" exculpates the Druid against wearing metal armor. Though, because of the conundrum with [spell[heat metal[/spell]...meh, lol.
You've listed the official ones. Unofficially of course a DM can say a given armor is made out of anything. Monster Hunter wouldn't be a huge franchise if it wasn't cool as hell to be walking around in pieces of the badass monsters you've slain.

My DM says no. I even tried using the argument that my character IS made of metal and he still said no. He's also not likely to let me buy a helpful magic armor like dragon scale...since he doesn't like us buying magic items at his point in the game.

Yeah, this is the way to go. Talk to your DM about using fantasy materials. Scale make from the scales of some giant fish, breastplate made from the hide of an ankheg. See about either just letting you buy it, or making a side quest for the materials — and maybe another for an artisan who is skilled enough to work with them.

Understandable!
Eberron: Rising from the Last War has something called Bronzewood, which is used to make Leafweave, based on the brief read I did through it on the fandom page through a totally coincidental search, lol. Those may warrant consideration!

3.5 has coral armor, i know this isnt 5e like you asked for but its a pretty 1:1 conversion, the mechanics havent changed all that mutch. if you're a circle of the land druid and pick the beach sub-sub-class, that sounds pretty thematic
4e (i know we hate it, but lets hear what it has to say) has various (minor) magical armors that dont specify a material. (i found this out IN THE PLAYERS HANDBOOK WT-)
About Me: Godless monster in human form bent on extending their natural life to unnatural extremes /general of the goose horde /Moderator of Vinstreb School for the Gifted /holder of the evil storyteller badge of no honor /king of madness /The FBI/ The Archmage of I CAST...!
Alignment: Lawful Evil
Fun Fact: i gain more power the more you post on my forum threads. MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!
Druids used to have the hint of Darkwood that could be crafted in place of steel for breastplate and things like scale mail... not ring mail or chainmail, but there were options. It is odd that the legacy is still alluded to with druids now, but without options to help with what was left.

Are you asking about official 5e armors or any non-metal armor I could imagine? Because I can imagine a few, if that would help.
5E specifically.

There's a scorpion plate (https://www.dndbeyond.com/magic-items/21731-scorpion-armor) and serpent scale armor (https://www.dndbeyond.com/magic-items/3001260-serpent-scale-armor).
In legacy editions, there were a ton of alternate materials. The DM would have to be okay with it, but if it's helpful, this pub brings a lot of those legacy materials forward to 5e. https://www.dmsguild.com/product/321143/Armor-and-Weapons-Foehammers-Book-of-Secrets

Thanks. I didn't know about those. The serpent is only Uncommon. Hmmm.

Could you fashion armor out of petrified wood? I realize it would be very heavy, but so is iron armor.
Ring mail isn't specifically made of metal.
Other armors not specifically made of metal inclide Dragon Scale Mail and Living Armor.

Dragons are not the only scaled creatures of sufficient size.
Plus raising your dexterity never hurts.
