I like laughing, setting stuff on fire, playing D&D, and running. Not necessarily in that order.
Because your race doesn't know what class you're going to pick, there is no automatic way to do this. I'm not sure if you can use options to get around this, with an option saying "Pick which type of spellcaster you're going to be: INT based caster, CHA based caster, or WIS based caster". If options do not work, you'll nee to make 3 different version of your race, one based on an INT based caster, one based on a CHA based caster, and one based on a WIS based caster.

For anyone else wondering how to accomplish this, you would have to add three Options to that racial trait, one for each of the three spellcasting abilities (Int, Wis, Cha). Then attach the spell to each of those Options with the corresponding ability score designated for each spell. (It sounds more complicated than it is. It’s not really hard to do, just a little bit tedious is all.) You can learn all about how to do that by checking out the Homebrew Subclasses & Species FAQ, Question #17: (https://www.dndbeyond.com/forums/dungeons-dragons-discussion/homebrew-house-rules/131411-a-homebrewers-how-to-faq#HomebrewSubclasses&SpeciesFAQ).
