Because I'm the nosy type and have always loved learning about other people, what are y'alls job irl? If you care to share, obviously.
I'm currently a full-time student working my way towards genetics, specifically evolutionary developmental biology. As for work, I'm sort of a jack-of-all-trades, lol.

I work for the IT department at an inland sea port. Primarily I'm hardware and security equipment support. My current RL game consists of 4, sometimes 5, law enforcement officers on a monthly basis.
I'm a Trainer, currently looking after training the Sales and Sales Support department at my company (Conferencing & Collaboration, Digital Unified Comms) - but I also have skills for pretty much every job role here, so I end up being the Subject Expert for a lot of different projects.
Outside of work I pretty much live on my computer - play Neverwinter MMO (managing one of the most awesome guilds of crazy people... seriously, thy are all cray-cray) and then playing D&D with the other Guild leaders and Officers from Neverwinter. We play online using ROll20 since we're all on opposite sides of the world.
I'm a full time mother of a sweet little 9 month old girl. I also (currently) work part time front desk at the city pool. I'm quitting at the end of May to stay home with her.
I am a full time student in the sciences, probably ending up in physics (more specifically I am currently looking into chaos theory). I have a part time "job" (i just help out sometimes and get paid) helping with a friends catering business and part time backstage at the community theater.

Do not expect people to be smart, but do not allow them to be stupid. If there is one thing I have learned it is this.
I've heard of Roll20, how do you enjoy that? I've thought about trying it out, but I wasn't sure if it was even worth looking into.
It's good, but does have a bit of a learning curve if you want to go super fancy with it. I'd recommend reading through the Help wiki and forums for tips and tricks (and I'm pretty sure there is some Roll20 threads on these forums already). I have a paid subscription and bought a heap of features (including TftYP which should launch for me in approx 98 mins *evil grin*) but it can be a completely free experience as well.

Reading this was almost like reading plagiarism XD Happy to see another science geek around!

I did the little tutorial thing, and it seems pretty amazing, even though most of it was for DM side, which I wouldn't use. I figure I'll just jump into a one shot and hopefully not make too many people mad. (Y)
I'm a part-time massage therapist, part-time transcriptionist, and part-time hula hoop dance instructor.
I tried to be a part-time transcriptionist, but the site that I'd done all the little "testing" for ended up going haywire when people were trying to do the last test and I never looked around after that :/

I am a full time student going into Computer Science. I'd like to go into game programming eventually but I'll probably just do app work. I don't work anymore, but I did used to do some security work and before that I was active duty Marines.
My current group is myself as DM and 5 players: 2 highschool friends, 1 brother, 1 friends fiance, 1 friends fiances friend.
I'm a Systems Analyst that works primarily with the finance modules of an Enterprise Resource Planning software suite for a company that manufactures home exterior products.
I just realized that the quality control comment I made above is an inside joke from a homebrew adventure I DMed that became a running joke in our group, so just disregard it.

I studied for network management for a year before I realized it was more of a hobby for me. I'd love to know how to build a website and be able to talk with a design team about things, but on my own time. I have a friend who manages a couple of websites and she loves it, lol! I could listen to her talk about it for hours.

Got the degree in Network Administration, along with a cert in Network Security. The hobby life has me configuring servers at home for FTP, email, games, voice comms, VPN, etc. Ignoring that I have home-grade upload bandwidth, I play with being my own 'cloud' service for myself.
Acquired (2) 48 port Cisco switches this month to start self-learning for CCNA. I find I enjoy the administration and permissions side of IT work most.
