None of my players are. But a good friend of mine is. She's done quite a bit of work in the RPG stuff (she did some Dragonlance art in one of the RPG books, as well as the Supernatural RPG) - but mostly she just does her own paintings.

No professionals yet, but we have some aspiring artists at our table.
I have one friend who is an amazing artist and writer. He loves writing/illustrating comics, novels, and short stories. He is writing a fantasy series right now and he is illustrating a comic I am writing.
Another close friend is an aspiring poet. He is working on getting some of his poems together and he wants to publish them.
I am a writer. I like writing in all its forms: short stories, poems, novels, plays, comics, etc. I am working on a comic series that I will be sending to some indie publishers soon (writing up a cover letter ain't as fun as writing up an issue) and that is my main project right now. Several issues have already been written out, many more are planned, and the art is finished for the first one.
I also love book writing as well. I have several story ideas that I have been working on and I rotate through them regularly, writing down every idea I get and alternating which stories I work on so they always feel fresh. Those books are much more long term goals though, they won't be finished for a while.
None of us count as professionals yet but we are all hoping that we will have something published within the next few years.
I write short stories, but they’re nowhere near publishable quality yet.
I really like D&D, especially Ravenloft and Forgotten Realms. My pronouns are she/they.
I like reading and writing too, but I’m not much of an artist.
QotD: Is it just me, or have these forums gotten a lot quieter this past week, week and a half? If they have, why do you think that is?
