You using the app or the browser?
On PC browser it's simpler (got a threads bar I can check; plus I keep links to the active PBPs I'm part of in my sig) but I haven't seen a convenient way on the mobile browser. There, if I want to check the 100 Dungeons thread for instance, I just go to PMs and find you and then search your threads.
