Seems decent. Though the damage output and utility is low for a 9th level spell, as well as taking your concentration, when you could be casting things like Invulnerability, Blade of Disaster, or Weird, for much better damage and utility. Maybe lower the spell slot cost?

Probably 6th or 7th. But doing that may make it feel like it does too much, so I can see why you made it 9th level. I would still bring it down to that, I’m just saying I understand why you may have not done so initially.

When you've had an extremely busy day and finally get to just sit down and relax on your phone and then your Wi-Fi disconnects and you can't do anything for like 15 minutes, thus wasting away one of the only periods of freedom for the day and its a miracle you were able to figure out what was going on and get it back on:

In the foyer, there's a weirdish scene. A tipped over wheelchair with the person still in it is lying on the ground, the back of the chair forming a table with a scarf stretched over it like a ping-pong net. Two kids stand on either side, One of them has a paper plate taped to a stick and the other has a ping pong paddle. The one with the ping-pong paddle is hesitating to serve and the person in the wheelchair is trying to hype them up. "C'mon piper, you got this!"

In the foyer, there's a weirdish scene.
