Change Passive Perception to 19 instead of 18. You've got +9 listed for their perception. (Tripled proficiency bonus) So would make sense for 10+9 = 19. Could also consider changing regular to +3 and passive to +8, giving advantage on perception checks. (Hence additional +5 for the passive.)
Similarly, for Acrobatics you have +7. But with a +5 DEX and +3 Prof, modify that to +8.
For the resistance against ranged attacks, is it all of them or just non-magical?
Bite should be +7 to-hit, in line with the Claws.
For the restriction on tremorsense, perhaps just change it when the raptor is incapacitated? Makes it a bit simpler I'd guess. (Plus it makes sense something with tremor sense could motionlessly wait for prey to come along.)
Wright should be Write. We're not flying here. ;)
And since grammar is on my mind, multiattack is usually phrased, "The raptor makes three attacks. One with its bite and two with its claws."
And for the reaction, instead of saying it can use its reaction to take an action, rephrase to, "If the raptor takes 31 or more damage in a single turn, it may use its reaction to make one bite attack and two claw attacks."

Oh, and Vitus, there is a reason for the claws having +8 instead of +7, Utahs have much more accuracy with their claws then their bite, being giant raptors and all
