Yeah, DDB doesn't really front-load that info very well... they only notify you of it if what you are making is very close to an already published thing (magic item, sub-class, race, feat, etc)
Aaaand, other than deleting it entirely, there's no way I've found to remove/hide it from them lists if its already there... sorry
You may want to mark the sensitive items (ie change the item name to [SECRET DM ITEM ONLY] )and ask your players to simply not read/look at them
If it is homebrew you made, you can remove it from your collection and players wont have access to it, but you could still find it in “My creations.” That comes with some downsides, though: for example, if it’s not in your collection, you won’t have access to it in the Encounter builder.
When you need it you can add it to collection, apply to character, then remove from collection again.
Bit if a pain but ensures nobody else in the campaign can see/use them.

I have views on some homebrew stuff I never published. Is this happening to someone else.
It may be other players in any campaign you belong to, as they are able to view your homebrew creations without them being published.
What??!! That's terrible news!!! I have stuff there that the players aren't allowed to see

Will the item not be deleted if I remove from my collection?
it wont be deleted, it will just make it so players cant see it.
Each time you view it also counts as a view for the homebrew. It might not be just your players.

This. It's 99% likely the views are from you and not a player stumbled upon it randomly.
Lightning Strike - A rebranded Fire Bolt for Wizards & Sorcerers.
Spirit Bomb - A holy fireball for Clerics, Paladins, & Divine Soul Sorcerers!
Sword Dancer - A Cleric subclass specifically for the Drow goddess Eilistraee.
Quicksilver & The Scarlet Witch - A pair of magical firearms for your Gunslinger or Artificer.
That's a relief and I think the number of views also matches with how many times I viewed my creations.
Thanks

If you "remove from collection" homebrew that you have created, other players in your campaign will not be able to see it.
You will still be able to access it under Homebrew Creations (just not through the Homebrew Collection)
