I upgraded to the Master Tier Subscription to make it easier for my players. I have purchased all the races from monsters of the multiverse but i dont seem to be able to share this content. Am i missing something or do i have to buy the whole book? Hope you can help me. (I i have to buy the whole book you should add the possibility tho share partial purchase)
Yes, you can certainly share individual purchases with a campaign without buying the full book, I've done it plenty (got a few beasts for our Druid players from the module Icewind Dale, bought a couple magic items from Saltmarsh, snagged a Tiefling variant from MToF in a campaign a few years back...)

You need to be in a campaign with the players and you will see a button that says "Enable Content Sharing".
