Attack shortsword and Crossbow, Hand. This character is proficient with both but only the Dex mod showing on attack for those.
Hello!
The attack modifiers for those weapons look accurate. Your Dexterity modifier is (+4) and proficiency is (+2), which would give you a (+6) to your attack rolls with those items.
If you mean your damage modifiers, the proficiency bonus is not added to damage. You can find more information about which modifiers add to attacks here in the rules. :)

I'm finding this same issue right now across all my characters. Proficiency bonus is not being added to damage in the "actions" tab.
