I submitted a ticket 4 days ago and have yet to get an answer. Is this normal? It's related to my sub not working properly and it's extremely frustrating to be paying for a service I can't use and getting zero response
I am paying for a master tier sub and have been for a long time now, but if I go to my character for example it's saying I'm on the free version and am limited to 6. I haven't made any changes to my account and and the payment was taken of my card. It's really frustrating. and if I go look at my account it says I'm subbed to master tier.
If you go to the other sections of the site does everything look correct? Are your collections (campaigns, encounters, characters, homebrew) the same, are your books all listed as available to read? Please check and report back.
It looks like book and content I've previously bought are still there, but campaigns I've made no longer have content sharing that I had enabled for my players
It does look like an issue customer support will need to investigate. As they are currently experiencing a very high volume of support tickets, response times are longer than normal. Tickets are answered in the order received, but submitting additional tickets bumps you to the bottom of the queue. So the only answer I can give is to be patient.

3+ weeks, and every time one submits a subsequent ticket for the same thing they are bumped to the bottom of the pile again.
What seems to be the issue you are experiencing? Maybe I can help.

Then your subscription has expired. If your card really was charged then only CS can help you.
