I'm running a campaign with my group and I found the homebrew item "Enchanted wraps +1" but the monk in the campaign is unable to add this item
Other characters in the party can add these wraps but not the monk. Can some advice what is wrong with the item that means a monk cannot use these items?
Does the person trying to add them have a Hero or Master subscription? You can browse other people's homebrew for free, but to put it onto a character requires a sub.
Hero Tier - $2.99/mo: Intended primarily for players, this tier removes ads, allows you to create an unlimited number of characters, and add publicly-shared homebrew content to your collection to use within the toolset.
Does the Monk have the homebrew toggled turned to "On" in the character sheet? Can you provide a link to the affected character, and the homebrew you're trying to use? Please use the direct URL for the character from the address bar, not the share link.

I'm the DM, I have a master subscription and I can't add the item either.
I am not sure whats going on then. The steps that worked for me were:

I have managed to do this with another character in the party, but cannot do this with our monk.
As a test I just made a very similar character using the builder and I can add the wraps to this new character, looks like it's just this monk.
Can you do it with other characters that aren’t yours in the campaign? If so, do those players have a hero tier sub?

I been able to add the item to other party members, I am the only person in the campaign with a subscription.

Thanks!
Ah that was it! They didn't have homebrew content ticked. I found the setting and sorted that. Thanks everyone for their help in working this out!
This was my first thought.
