So I've been playing as a Changeling Warlock for a while now, and I wanted to put my character on D&D Beyond but I can't find a changeling option. Anyone know how to do it? Thanks
The Changeling Race is an option found within Eberron: Rising from the Last War. You can access it by either purchasing the book, or the race as an individual purchase, both from the marketplace.
I purchased the changeling race as an individual item. What do you mean UA version? If I purchased it and can't use it in the character creator I wan't my money back lol.

You have to enable “Eberron Content” in the character creator. On the “home” tab the toggle next to “Eberron Content” has to be on (red) for any options from that book to populate your Character Creator.

You can definitely use the purchased changeling on your character sheet, as IAmSposta has explained above. Originally, the changeling race was part of Wayfinder’s Guide to Eberron, which Wizards of the Coast put out as a playtest document. That version was also released as “Unearthed Arcana,” the means the Wizard’s usually uses for playtest content. When the playtest period was over, the changeling—like most of the mechanical bits in Wayfinder’s—was updated. That’s the version you find in Eberron:Rising. For reasons I don’t precisely understand, the changeling is not available for individual purchase under the Wayfinder’s entry. But even if it was, it would be identical to what is in Eberron Rising.

You might be using the UA version (before they removed unsettling visage). You will have to homebrew that version in.
