For the character sheet and character creation there should be an option to add and see the stats for a familiar.
Extras tab on sheet. You can select familiars and add the creature with stats and familiar features added, and you can customise to name it and such.

Barbarians can only choose the path of the berserker or some random homebrew, our group has many books and totem is nowhere to be seen x).
Is Content Sharing turned on?...
Yes it is
Is the character in question being created IN the campaign in question? If not, there's the problem. If so, have the Master Tier sub owner turn content sharing off and then back on.
As a player who is also an artist, it'd be really cool if there was a way to import images into the sheet. For instance, I'm playing a warlock character who just got their Book of Shadows from their Pact Boon. I did a quick concept sketch of the book, and I'd love to be able to import the picture into my custom items tab or something. Or having a place to upload full character art would also be awesome, instead of just the small avatar pic.

While this sounds a cool feature, it could very quickly outgrow the storage capabilities of the servers...

But no way to print familiar stats when printing them with character sheet?
Print Screen, Crop, Print.

I have an item that grants me +2 initiative, yet I don’t see any way to add this to the sheet. Am I missing something?
Make sure that the item is equipped, and if it requires attunement, attuned to. Other than that we can't really tell without looking at the character sheet. (Make sure it's set to Public, and paste the Shareable Link here.)
I love the character sheet on the browser. However, some of my players prefer a printed sheet. My wizard would like to have the damage dice he deals with spells on the pdf export.
Would it be possible to create different copies of items such as "book" so you can have some with different titles? The only way I found to do this is creating a magic item.

On sheet, under inventory, you can add a custom item, once added, click it, customise, and then you can change the title, description a note (which shows on sheet in the list), the weight and cost.

When creating the item as homebrew, add a modifier with the following:
