May we please have the ability to allow/disallow specific items, spells, feats, and character options when managing the content of out campaigns? I really don't want to have to keep reminding players of which things I do and don't allow from each source-book or adventure when they're creating or levelling up their characters.
I find that new players don't know all their abilities so I would like it if there was a toggleable "Level Up Report" Where when you level up it tells you all your new abilities. This would involve a new way to build and explain characters to new people where instead of every time they level up I have to go through with them and explain what they can now do, they could now just read the report so they know their characters. I also think this would require a way for DM's in a campaign to press a button and all the player levels up in the class of their choice the next time they log on with an explanation of what they already could do (possibly) and an explanation of their new abilities. This allows for the people who don't know how to read a character sheet to know how to play the game.

That already exists in the Character Builder on the Class tab, it breaks down everything level by level and even can let them know what to look forward to at higher levels.
A Windows/App store or standalone application of D&D beyond with offline access would be invaluable to some users who don't have access to consistent good internet.
For those of who use thin-and-lights or 2-in-1 laptops as our primary device on which to read materials and run games there is , to my knowledge, currently no way to access our purchased books and content offline. The hyperlinked design and clear chapter separation of D&D Beyond is one of the primary reasons to use the service but this accessibility means often times one has to reload pages. So even if you just managed to get sufficient signal to load the one page, to reference something else in the same book you could be stuck waiting (and failing to load ) your page.
A dedicated application would also save desktop and laptop users from opening an internet browser (and risk looking at work emails !!!) which introduces all manner of distractions.
I'm certain such an addition would be a huge use of resources and time but it would significantly support what I'd imagine is a decent portion of the userbase.

That a new stand-alone app would be a huge use of resources is an understatement. Even if one was "developed," it would likely just be a visual portal to a browser tab--there's no real reason to literally duplicate work, especially when most browsers allow you to save pages for offline viewing at your leisure.
Being able to edit encounters midway, to add creatures, etc, without having to restart encounter. Also, to add sidekicks, familiars, etc to an encounter.
We need the ability to replace a characters sheet in the initiative rotation for Druids that wild shape. If not in the encounter then somewhere on the DM side and within the app for the players and DM to see those stats and abilities. I know you guys are working on something to improve the app and allow the use of wild shape, pets, and familiars but please remember that DM's need to see that info as well and the more we can see on just the encounter screen the smother our encounters can be.
It would also help to be able to click on the players, in the encounter, and be able to see their stats like we do a creatures. I understand that the Character sheet and the monster stat block is different but a simple monster like stat block for the players would help us DM's with simple information. I also think that having a player stat block might help new players understand what they can and can't do when learning the game. When learning 5th edition I didn't fully understand the action economy until I started reading about and creating new monsters and saw the break up of the different actions all separated out. I have had a number of other players struggle to understand it as well and showing them a monsters stat block as an example seems to help some understand better than even the separated tabs in the app. I think this is just differences in the way people learn but I have seen the light switch come on a number of times using this method and think it might help others.

You can create an app effectively by using edge. In the options (the 3 dots, top right) go to apps and then create app from this website.
Homebrew Folders. I like to make a lot of homebrew, and it gets annoying to do it. I would also like to be able to decide what homebrew gets shared with other users in the same campaign as me, as I have to put like a (HB) in the title to tell them it is homebrew, and I am also home brewing UA for the campaign I’m in, so it would be much easier to sort them into folders to go over my creations without having to put either (UA) for UA and (HB) for my homebrew, as homebrew is not allowed in the campaign I’m in.
I thought I needed the ability to homebrew vehicles before but now with Spelljammer coming out vehicles are going to become much more important to sanctioned D&D settings. Any chance we can get this bumped in priority prior to August?
While vehicles have statistical information, they aren't present anywhere in character sheets, other than in equipment, where the only unique information given is the cost of the vehicle. there's really no need to add the ability the create homebrew vehicles beyond the present ability with the item creator.

I know. I do that. It just takes a lot longer to do and the character creator is easier…

A mobile app is already available for this: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.fandom.playercompanion
From what I understand, it's also now (somewhat?) possible to run Android apps on Windows 11, so that might be able to take care of that entirely.

How about highlighting and bookmarking in sourcebooks and adventures?
