I created a level 8 Dragonborn paladin. I have given him the Adamantine Plate. Which should give me an Armor Class of 18.
However, it is using my -1 dex modifier to reduce it. As best as I can tell this shouldn't be happening, when you use Armor the calculation should follow the chart in the Equipment section.
Thanks

Hi, i have a similar question. My Human Sorcerer doesnt have the Draconic Resilience Armor bonus (13 + Dex), just the regular 10 + dex... Im not sure if i have to change it manually an d, in that case, where to do it...
I know the heavy armor fix is being worked on. I believe the other bonus types like Draconic resilience and fighting styles are also on the known list.
I am having the same problem with my draconic bloodline sorcerer. Except I am not getting the AC calculation from the robe of the archmagi that I have him equipped him with. It is required that I not have armor on and I don't and it won't give anything accept the basic unarmored AC. Also thank you in advance for all of this work you are putting into this it is truly amazing!
Just to add to the feedback: I'm having a similar problem where the Dex bonus of my character for wearing half-plate is being added twice. I have +2 Half Plate, a +2 Shield and a 14 dex so I think the AC should be 24. It displays it as 26.

When you click on your AC, what does the math show?

As far as I know, that final dex bonus is already included in the 19 Armor calculation, since Half Plate is AC 15. Maybe I'm wrong about something there but that's how I understood it.

It appears that the halfplate number is incorrect, it should be 17 Armor (Half Plate, +2), compendium shows Half Plate as AC 15.

Hi Athalstan,
thanks for letting us know - the team are working on a number of fixes currently, so we'll add it to the list. :)

Hi Sillva,
It says:
"Armor Class: 26
19 Armor (Half Plate, +2)
+1 Armored Bonus (Fighting Style)
+4 Shield (Shield, +2)
+2 Dexterity Bonus (Max 2)"
As far as I know, that final dex bonus is already included in the 19 Armor calculation, since Half Plate is AC 15. Maybe I'm wrong about something there but that's how I understood it.
Yeah it sounds like something is wrong there.
