A big wheel of heavy cheddar, filled with REALLY old Blue Cheese. It smashes open on impact. Lets assume getting hit with a wheel of cheese deals either 2d8 or 2d6 damage. +2d6 poison from the blue cheese. Combine this with Divine Smite and you have the best damage dealing EVER.
EDIT: Brainwave. FLAME TONGUE CHEESE WHEEL!!!!! Just imagine a flaming wheel of cheese flying through the air at you. That's gonna make anyone run for it... if they survive (Hint: not likely).
Someone from the Supreme Court of sauce should know a flaming wheel of cheese is nacho way to create the foundational fondue for a cheese sauce golem.
In terms of pure danger, I have always visualised Rot Grubs (pound for pound probably one of the most deadly monsters in D&D) to Corsican Cheese Maggots.
That was super gross and awesome at the same time!

Speaking of cheese, I created a cheese Domain Cleric for my world a few months ago. Feel free to use it ^^
The followers of Goudar, the God of Cheese, are an eccentric bunch. They are typically found in cheese-making communities, monasteries, or anywhere that has a love for cheese. The Cheese Domain Clerics are responsible for spreading the word of Goudar and the benefits of consuming cheese. They believe that cheese is a gift from their god, and it is their duty to share it with the world.
The Cheese Domain Clerics dress in robes made of cheese cloth, with cheese-themed adornments and accessories. They carry a staff made of a wooden cheese board with a cheese knife attached to it.
The clerics are known to have a deep knowledge of cheese-making techniques, and they use this knowledge to create magical cheeses with unique properties. They have a special talent for creating cheeses that can heal, enhance strength, and even grant the power of flight.
In battle, the Cheese Domain Clerics are formidable opponents. They have the ability to summon cheese oozes to fight for them, as well as using their cheese-making abilities to create magical barriers and traps. They are often seen wielding cheese knives as weapons, which they use to devastating effect.
Despite their love for cheese, the Cheese Domain Clerics are not to be underestimated. They are a dedicated and skilled group of individuals who will stop at nothing to spread the gospel of Goudar and the wonders of cheese.
