(I believe you said magic spells can't pass through the gate. Would the same be true for being in the gate and trying to cast out of it?)
That isn't covered in the adventure so I am going to say that you can cast spells out of the gate only to the side you are closest to.
In that case, Corvin moves to the southwest side of the gate closest to where velmine and Eiren went and readies a Sacred Flame for if any enemies appear and move into range)
Velmine, feeling confident after Eiren's rush up, draws her rapier and gives her own attempt at destroying the beast.
Attack:19Damage:27Piercing
Velmine then (regardless if it hit or not) walks back (V18?) so she can have proper sight and hearing distance to the bear, so she calls it to come the same way as her.
"Bearie... We're so far away, but this side has some dogs we need to defeat, could you please come here and do something for us?"
(Is the portal still open? If yes, the bear will just rush in and get to our side urgently, if not, it patiently waits close to the portal, until someone opens it for it so it can fight with us.)
Eiren moves in to attack. The Monstrosity attacks Eiren but misses (putting him into initiative a round early). Eiren attacks it twice, his first attack misses but the second strikes home. (You have 4 rounds left on the Bladesong)
Velmine moves in and deals her famous lethal lunge, scoring a deep wound, and then moves over to the gate and calls the bear through. (I think you only have enough movement to get to U18). The bear dashes through the gate.
Fire roll 2. If fire grows a little bit bigger.
The monstrosity attacks Eiren with it's bite Attack: 26 Damage: 23, following by a kick with it's hooves Attack: 11 Damage: 12. It takes a big bite of Eiren non-sword arm, good thing you have a second wind. The hooves miss. It then disengages as a bonus action, moving down and over towards the pool.
Back to the party
Xavier if you direct your control flames into the center square, you would be in effect creating 4 smaller fires. The advantage of this would be that although I will roll 4 times, each roll will be at disadvantage. The other option is to just cut the fire down by half again, then I will only have 1 roll next round.
Eiren takes the bite on his armor, pushing back with a desperate cry against the odd hoofed dog thing before it releases him.
He looks around to the others. "Xavier! Where are you? Let's take this thing down!"
Eiren then conjures his signature spectral hand to attack with a chill touch which will cling to the creature, preventing it from healing (Eiren doesn't want to chance it that the pools here work the same as in the forest of recovery). Even as he casts the spell with a gripping motion and a brief incantation, he runs after it (just 4 squares down on the diagonal, to M21 so that Baik has a clear shot) and tries to plunge his rapier into the monster's ugly hide.
Velmine moves in and deals her famous lethal lunge, scoring a deep wound, and then moves over to the gate and calls the bear through. (I think you only have enough movement to get to U18).
(I imagined I had misscounted something, that's why I added the question mark when saying my position. My full answer will be coming sometime soon.)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
(Xavier’s location should have been next to the gate already) He hears his allies calls and moves to T20 and reaches out a hand toward the beast casting frostbite dc 16 cons save or take 5 cold damage and have disadvantage on next attack

Monstrosity's initiative 17 (won't act until next round.)
Velmine and Baik are up.
Hey! Wait for me! Baik follows Velmine over to 20R and blinks into invisibility (my shadows invocation). What are we looking at?

Since multiple people has seen it now here is what it looks like
Eiren has said in PM that he is planning on finishing his move and attacking it. So go ahead
As Eiren approaches the beast it takes an readied action to with it's bite Attack: 23 Damage: 6
(The Adventure says that it is expecting an attack as soon as someone opens either of the gates and is readied from that moment.)
Velmine is up
// Was planning on a ranged attack, but that's fine I will engage it. //
Eiren rushes the creature, trying to keep it away from Velmine, his blade still whirring and spinning its elven battle song.
Rapier Attack 1: 10 Damage: 13
Rapier Attack 2: 28 Damage: 17

I forgot to mention that you can still hear sounds of pain from both the northern part of the cavern, and to the southwest.
Eiren's ghostly, skeletal hand finds it's way and pops a good one on the beasts nose. Followed by a rapier strike as Eiren moves to attack.

Xavier you can make a different action.
Yeah! Let’s go invisible lightning bolts! Or, just light bolts, but that sounds a lot cooler.
