The fight lasted 3 rounds + 1 round to regroup + 2 rounds to get to the choker's position. If you want to engage the choker right away Eiren will have 4 rounds of his Bladesong left. Is that you want to do?

To speed things up you can also roll initiatives, but I am going to wait until everyone is in position (or something else happens that I'm not going to say what) to start combat.

That will work for your first turn, the choker is in the trees so it will have three-quarters cover from ranged attacks. Will you be staying there or close the next round?
(Yes next round I will get closer, as the tactical situation unfolds. So I should have 6 rounds of bladesong left, including this one. Eiren isn't pausing more than the round it takes to regroup)
Eiren casts chill touch at the creature, who is partially obscured by the trees, as Qu'oth takes position in the air above him.
Velmine moves around the tree and dashes (as an action) to get to T22, meanwhile putting her rapier away for once. As a bonus action on the same turn, she sends the bear running across the trees to try and get to the Choker, dashing to get there faster.
Second round:
Velmine draws a dagger and tries to hide herself in the shadows (also as an action). Meanwhile, the bear is commanded to get into meele range with the Choker and send his traditional multi-attack.
To speed things up you can also roll initiatives, but I am going to wait until everyone is in position (or something else happens that I'm not going to say what) to start combat.
(I thought we were still in structured play? Since several of us could move and attack in the same round, keeping the encounter going?)
Part of the confusion is I was planning on these being two different encounters. But while I was doing the post Owlbear reconstruction I realized that you have used your Bladesong, and the owlbears was a short encounter and you would have some rounds left. Because some of the choker's have a readied action (I'll be posting that soon) I decided I wanted to do a new initiative order, but because you where moving from one part of the cavern to another, the new IO will start after you all get into position. Sorry about any confusion this made.
