(Hm, sorry, shouldn't I have halved the damage I took? Which means I'd take 2 points of damage, instead of 3?)
I've always played it the other way around with my higher level rogue. But I can see your viewpoint and it kind of makes sense. Does anyone else have any thoughts on this?
Eiren moves through Velmine's space to cut off the Wight (moving 25' to C3) and unleashes another flurry of attacks on the wight with his magical rapier, as soon as Qu'oth performs the necessary distraction (Help for the attack).

Well, I can do it your way, I'm just saying it because the passage for Uncanny dodge reads exactly this way:
Uncanny Dodge
Starting at 5th level, when an attacker that you can see hits you with an attack, you can use your reaction to halve the attack’s damage against you.
// Looking at the rules for damage resistance, the damage itself is halved (not "reduced by half"), so it looks like you simply take half damage. //
(Rolling into round 3? Was there a round 2 Action by the wight?)

(I'm just before the wight in initiative order, was just after the armored creature. And didn't realize Tallis had already taken his turn, was waiting for him to go so I could give him another free shot at the wight, but guess not this round)
The battle seeming to be well in hand at the moment, Corvin settles for stepping closer to the wight and trying to smash it with his warhammer.
Attack: (118 Damage: 9 + 8 psychic
(Attack should actually have been +7,not +5, so end result on the to hit is a 20)
(indeed, since I'd have not posted until at least late tonight, possibly tomorrow, since I was waiting for Tallis as I said, based on the DM saying he was up as well :P)

Ok you took 5 damage/2=2.5 round down to 2. You took 2 damage
(So we just need the Wight to attack, then we either settle up the rest of Round 2 or move into Round 3, right?)

So I guess we are the agents of slaughter in this Forrest huh? Which way you all recon we go? I vote we head north as we seem to be in the southern central location, we need to head toward the center.

Eiren sees no clues about the lich except for the wight's body, which just proves that there are undead in the area.
From his vantage point Eiren (and Velmine if she looks) can see into the next cavern, sees...
The grassy turf grows high in this large cavern. (The other part of the revealed map)
He then searches the bodies.
The Helmed Horror has a Longsword and nothing else.
The Wight has a Longsword, a longbow and a quiver of 20 arrows. He is also carrying a glyph ke, when you touch it you know that it is attuned to "The Forest of Recovery". (Who ever takes it should record that with key description, as should Corvin for his glyph key)
Eiren will take the glyph key if no one objects. He’ll also take the extra wicket of arrows and stash it in his pack.
”Due north would likely be best,” Eiren says, still looking around for signs of trouble. By this time he has replaced his rapier with a longbow, and has an arrow loosely nocked.
(The cavern you are currently in doesn't go north, do youmean you are going into the larger cavern and thenhead north? If yes please decide on a marching order and whether you want a single file or 2 files side by side)
Tallis' greatsword melts away until a relatively tiny sword remains. Drawing his more mundane blade, he follows just behind whomever takes the lead (whether single- or double-file). "That almost seemed enjoyable, wouldn't you say? Going forward, I wouldn't put himself in front, but I'll gladly take second."

(And rerolling the 9 from the advantage roll above, looking for the possible nat 20 again...9...so it stays at a total of 18)

Yeah, Barlow brings a good point, but the answer is no, the Wight didn't act, neither did Corvin nor Baik yet either.
Corvin is supposed to act just after the wight, rather than what this message from the DM states, and Tallis had already took his action before it:
Which means, we should be waiting on the DM for the Wight's action, and then Corvin, and then Baik, and then back to the start of the intiative order.
