The wight that had previously hit Marav and Angel with a fireball swoops low over them as flames engulf the trees nearby. "You will perish here," he cries hungrily, stretching out his hands towards the flames. As if obeying his will, the flames leap from the trees to his scimitar and take on a greenish hue.
He flies down to strike Marav with his Green Flame Scimitar Attack: 13 Damage: 14 fire & slashing (On a hit, Angel will take 6 fire damage).
The wight in the shadow of the trees steps out and performs his shadowy teleportation once again, lashing out at both Angel and Marav (he cancels Angel's dodge with his first attack)
Rip, Flint, the rapier wight, and the skeleton horse are all within 5 feet of each other.
The warhammer wight is riding away from Ink, and is about 120 feet away. Ink can see him silhouetted against some hearthfire lights. He's heading west towards the Keep.

For Ink to get a fireball off you could either shoot it now with a decent chance of either hitting the rider or torching a cottage, or else try and chase/track the rider down and get to where you can see him more clearly. (Athletics or Survival)

Ink chases after the wight (40ft), then casts misty step advancing him another thirty feet towards the rider via a cloud of silvery mist.
Ink takes aim at the rider, now fifty feet away and within line of sight (Dark vision extends to sixty feet), with a fire bolt!
