I believe there is a lag between the availability on the website and the availability on the app. If I remember correctly, this happened with the previous two books too. It should be available within a few days.
In the last Additional Property of the Witchlight Vane it references the Watch
While carrying the vane, the creature attuned to it can cast the dancing lights, polymorph, or ray of frost spell as an action, requiring no spell components and using Charisma as the spellcasting ability. After the vane’s polymorph spell is cast, roll a d8; on a roll of 3 or 8, the watch can’t be used to cast this spell again until the next dawn.

The "dawn" is not in reference to the dawn spell and should therefore not have a link to that spell. This error is not found in the individual stat block for Mister Light, nor the stats for the Witchlight vane. It is only in the module.
In addition, I'm guessing it should say "Light" instead of "Witch" for the description, though this may be another error on WotC part again for these two individuals.
I have updated the app, signed out and back in but the Wild beyond the Witchlight still doesn't show up for me to download, I can read the book here on my PC as I bought said book.
I'm confused by the way Chapter 2, Hither, is structured in the compendium. When clicking on the chapter title in the table of contents (or any sub-section up through Locations in Hither), one is taken to that chapter, except that the chapter ends at the end of the Locations in Hither section, despite the table of contents showing more sections of the chapter (namely Downfall); the side navigation section also ends there. But the navigation bar (? not sure what it is officially called: the bar which shows the previous chapter, the table of contents icon, and the next chapter) treats the section on Downfall as a new chapter. A quick check seems to indicate all the chapters work this way. Is this intentional? I find it confusing.

Hi there, and thank you for taking the time to report this. The statblock for Mercion is exactly as published by Wizards of the Coast, including the Melee Weapon Attack of the Quarterstaff being +4 to hit. If errata is issued, we shall update the statblock to match.

Any chance you inadvertently bought only the compendium version? Also, check you entitlements: click on your username/avatar in the upper right of this page (or under the menu button on mobile) choose Account, then the marketplace tab. Look under “Account Entitlements” and click the sync button if it says you need to sync. WHile on that page, scroll down to Current Product Licenses, and you can check to see if you bought the entire WItchlight or just the compendium version.

Same. There must be some glitch with the app. Hopefully they'll get it sorted soon.
The attack bonus for Mercion's (https://www.dndbeyond.com/monsters/mercion) quarterstaff should be 1 higher.

The Pole of Collapsing image is super blurry and low-res.
The description in the first post for Bullywug Royal says there's a new image, but it's just a generic placeholder image.

I think it's actually been sized too large - if you click on the image to get the pop-up, it views as smaller and not blurry.
