As they settle in for a rest, Marten comes to Berry and offers a clumsy apology, "Sorry for sendin' ye after that goblin, Master Berry. Knuckle-headed idea with you hurt 'n' all. Can I help?" While Marten's words are clumsy, his hands are not, and he is happy to help Berry bandage his wounds or straighten his wings.
Marten was uninjured, so he could be a bit more active during their rest. He spends most of the rest near the entrance to the kennel chamber, eating a snack and keeping watch for goblins approaching from the passageway to the north. He listens with interest to any conversation but doesn't say much himself.
After the rest: Marten
Marten confirms what Berry and Kiselina said: "Yup. I noticed it, too. Earlier, I could see all the way up to that tunnel on the west side where the goblin archers were. Now, I can't even see to the back of this chamber anymore."
Marten agrees with Berry that it would be too dangerous simply to fly up the shaft at the east end of the kennel chamber. Unless the spell-casters have a way to look ahead or clear the way, whatever attacked Berry could still be guarding the opening at the top. And even if Berry made it up into the chamber above, the party would have to climb up the shaft one at a time, so it would be difficult for them to get the whole party to the top quickly if he needed help.
The only other way forward is going up the main tunnel along the creek. The party should assume that the goblins are still alert and watching for them.
Having noticed Daphyra's keen eyes all the way back when they were first ambushed by goblins on the road, Marten agrees with her suggestion, "Yes, if you're willing, Mistress, you're pro'bly our best choice for scout. I wouldn't be much use sneakin' quietly along with a torch blazin' in my hand."
Marten offers Daphyra some advice before they start: "Don' be too brave, ye' hear? Just keep your eyes 'n' ears open, be as quiet as you can, and don't go too far ahead of Nosam. See what's there and sneak back quietly. Don' be too proud just to run back to us if they see you. If you need help right away, shout, 'help', and we'll all come runnin' to you, quick as quick, ready to fight. But if you fall in a pit or get captured, shout 'danger.' We'll still come get you, but we'll approach more careful-like so that we don' all end up in a trap."
Marten suggests moving up the passage in stages. Let Daphyra go ahead ~60 feet to look for goblins or other hazards. If it's all clear, the party can move up another 40 or 50 feet while Daphyra scouts ahead again.
Marten volunteers to carry Kiselina's lantern since he doesn't use a shield anyway. If he aims it backwards, hopefully the lantern won't alert the goblins to their approach, and Daphyra can scout up ahead in the darkness. If there is a fight, Marten can turn the lantern to light up the area ahead for Berry and Kiselina. Once they're in position, Marten may eventually put the lantern on the ground since he'd need both hands for his bow. But until then, he'll just keep a dagger in his other hand.
Note that unless things open up ahead, they'll be walking single-file on the east side of the tunnel. That probably means a marching order something like this:
Daph
Nosam
Kiselina
Vidruth
Berry
Marten
I put Berry near the back to help guard the rear and since he's the only one who can move up the creek-side of the tunnel and get to the front of the line quickly without suffering the difficult terrain penalty for wading in the water.
„I could infrequently produce animal sounds when we go up, or perhaps starting already earlier. Perhaps that gives Daphyra some advantage. Or I could make sounds like a blood hounds, perhaps it scares them. Or just bats and birds to cover up the approach a little.“
Daphyra looks a little guilty. "Earlier, I uhh... shared my good eyesight with some of you. It's a gift from my Goddess. I should have let you know I was doing it and asked your permission beforehand. It takes a lot out of me, so I can't do it more than once a day, unfortunately, and it only lasts an hour or so."
Daph listens to the advice. "I thank you. I am no warrior, as you can see, so there is no fear of me picking a fight!"
If all is ready, she will start creeping up the corridor. As she turns into it, she spends a moment asking her goddess for guidance, and continues.
Daphyra go[es] ahead ~60 feet… If it's all clear, the party can move up another 40 or 50 feet while Daphyra scouts ahead again.
Marten… carr[ies] Kiselina's lantern. If he aims it backwards, hopefully the lantern won't alert the goblins to their approach, and Daphyra can scout up ahead in the darkness.

The party organizes and quietly forms a line. Daphyra steps into the creek to avoid the caltrops, then, passing the steep, gravelly side passage, continues as the creek passage climbs steeply upward, the stream plunging and splashing down its west side. In the shadows of the ceiling to the north, Daphyra spots what Kiselina saw earlier: the dim shape of a rickety bridge of wood and rope crossing over the passage ahead of her, where another passage intersects the creek passage, though twenty feet above it. The cleric continues onwards into darkness, which renders as dim grey light in her eyes, until she reaches the bridge and there can see further up the passage. There is no sign or sound of goblins or any other creature. Only the water splashing from above.

Kiselina fills the Bullseye Lantern with the oil from the flask. Strikes the tinder with the flint and steel. After a few attempts, it lites and he is able to ignite the wick of the lantern. He does this in a corner of the kennel using his body to block as much of the activity as possible. After closing the shutter, he finds Marten and hands it to him. “This should be ready for use now. Hopefully the light will still reach us up front when needed with it being so far in the rear.” The knight then takes up his position.
Nosam attentively watches Daphyra advance ahead through the narrow chamber. At the end of the line he feels reassured that Kiselina and Marten have something planned in the event they are encroached upon from the rear. Nosam quietly tells the party it's time to move ahead and he slowly follows the same path he watched Daphyra take. He feels confident again now that he's at full health, but is a bit more cautious after being embarrassed by some goblins. Nosam looks back towards his group, specifically Berry, "Eyes up, bridge overhead; don't see a path up there yet."

„Wasn’t your fault that I went headfirst into trouble. I should have entered slow and cautious but I wasn’t thinking straight, I guess. Got my priorities set right again with that club on my head, though.” Berry replies to Marten’s apology (Sorry, I missed that earlier.)
When the group prepared to go deeper into the cave, Berry takes a torch and lights it up. He’s so far back, he thinks it won’t adversely affect Daphyra’s efforts but he feels nervous without any light. Silently he falls in line and begins the exploration of the cave in his assigned spot, though, fairly quickly he drifts sidewards hovering over the stream for the extra space and less obstructed vision. Once at the bridge, he flies upwards and peeks very carefully into the eastern corridor using the bottom of the bridge as cover for most of his body. He holds up the torch to see better if nothing revealed itself at the first glance. Then, he leaves the torch laying on the floor of the eastern passage.

Marten nods, "I don' wanna illuminate Daphyra for any archers up ahead, but let me know when it's safe to send some light toward the front without alerting any enemies. And as soon as I hear any sound of danger or an attack, I'll aim the lantern forward. It seems plenty bright, but the curve o' the tunnel might be tricky. If it keeps bendin' right, I'll jus' jump in the creek to get a better angle for ye."
Daphyra steps into the creek to avoid the caltrops,
Marten realizes that he forgot to collect the caltrops! He hops into the creek and wades up to M12, shining the lantern to the right (mostly into the kennel chamber), just letting a corner of the beam illuminate the caltrops for Kiselina and the others so that they can step through them safely. He apologizes, "Watch yer step. Beg pardon. I should have gathered them caltrops earlier."
Once the line moves up far enough, if there are no surprises (goblin attacks, etc.), Marten gets out of the creek and spends a round to clear away the caltrops covering N10, putting them back into their original bag. That was intended for slowing down goblins while the party rested, but we probably don't want any obstacles like that if we have to retreat.
Once he has done that, he keeps the lantern aimed to his right, illuminating the right wall just enough in front of him to see when Berry starts to move forward.

You all move ahead another 15’ or 20’, Daphyra passing under the bridge. From her new position, the harengon now see that the creek emerges from a pool another ten or twenty feet ahead of her on the inclined path. Hearing the goblin voices, Marten says, "Sounds like the goblins spotted us!" Shadows swing wildly as Marten rotates the lantern from facing toward the right wall to facing up the tunnel in front of them. He steps into the creek and follows after Berry, wading carefully through the water and trying to get into position to light up the tunnel for Kiselina and Berry. Marten couldn't see the goblin from his position at the back of the party, so he focuses on aiming the light right up the middle of the tunnel, looking for goblins, and dodging any attacks that come his way. He's especially concerned that they may get flanked by goblins coming out of that tunnel where G8's body is.
Marten still has the lantern in his left hand and a dagger in his right hand.
(OOC: I think that Marten is following Berry as the fairy shifts over to the left to fly over the creek and up toward the bridge. He certainly would not jump in front of Berry if it looks like the fairy is about to move out over the creek.)

“A trap?”Berry asks looking around the naturally formed cave. “And they trigger it already?” He asks incredulously. “Maybe they let go more of these wolves, or worse,” his eyes widen, “they might have some way to flood the creek!” He finally lets out a warning.
He flies to his left and forwards, peeking into the left hand side tunnel before flying up near the bridge and looking first left, then right. AC is 19, I did not register it as a hit.
(OOC: Perfect!)
(OOC: Is Marten close enough to hear any of that? Both Marten and Vidruth speak goblin in case we can make out any words other than a basic, "Intruders!")
(OOC: Something like that. Marten and Vidruth make out “**** ****’s! Pull the **** ??? [expletives censored; you don’t clearly hear the last word.])

Round 1: Marten

"theres a trap or something" vidruth says loudly and clearly "goblin said to trigger it" vidruth will look for anything that could be what the goblin was yelling about

This Mug immediately shared with me a transcendental tale of an Infinite Mug that anchors the Universe and keeps it from folding in on itself. I filed this report under "illogical nonsense" and asked why its sign is in Times New Roman font, when it is basic knowledge that Arial Black is a far superior font. I wondered: How did this mug even get past the assembly line with its theistic beliefs and poor font choices?
quote from Romantically Apocalyptic by Vitaly S Alexius
“A trap?” Berry asks looking around the naturally formed cave.
Then, he carefully lobs his torch at a goblin's feet if one is visible or some 5 feet into the right hand side tunnel, if not (trying that it doesn't go dark). He’ll inform his companions about anything noteworthy he sees in the sideward tunnels and stops early if there is danger in the first one. Otherwise, he hides under the bridge.
