(Everyone is through the gate at this point right? If not, then I just stay put to keep it open and keep a readied sacred flame. Otherwise, Corvin exits the gate and moves 30 feet towards whichever sound of pain sounds closer, and if he finds any enemies, casts sacred flame at them. DC 17 dex, 8 damage if either sacred flame is used)
I forgot to mention that you can still hear sounds of pain from both the northern part of the cavern, and to the southwest.
(I already read that explanation a few times, but I still can't understand completely what it means considering the map...)
Velmine finds it right to stay quiet and focus on her chance to sneak a strike on any unsuspecting target that may be around doing the things which are causing the sounds of pain from someone else. She hides and looks and heads south from where she is, searching around carefully for the possible opponents, and stopping in case she does manage to detect anything.

The sounds are coming for the direction of the X's. If you want to change something based on this information go ahead and make a new post, keep the same rolls if you decide to use that skill in a different way (or the same way in a different order.)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Corvin heads towards the sound of a person in pain and coming around a clump of trees (O16, Sorry Velmine he had a higher initiative, you will have to make do in O17, unless of course you want to go into the trees) and finds himself right in front of a gross monstrosity with the head of a giant badger, the brain of a person who likes to torture and eat people, the legs of a deer, and the body of a large hyena, put them together, and reanimated them with demon ichor without bothering to cover up the stink of death. Pretty much what Eiren and Velmine fought. Before you can cast Sacred Flame, It tries to bite you. Bite Attack: 16 Damage: 8, taking a bit of your leg. You retaliate be casting Sacred flame, Dex save 13, which burns it.
Velmine stealthily moves up behind Corvin and because it is distracted by Corvin, it doesn't notice you. Knowing that it is there you can see the monstrosity through the trees.
The monstrosity then attacks Corvin with both its Bite Attack: 21 Damage: 11 and with it's Hooves 741 Attack: 22 Damage: 13 (disregard the 682, it was a bad roll.) The monstrosity hit Corvin with both attacks, and the disengage as a bonus action a moves through the pool (difficult terrain).

Xavier, Baik beat you to T20, so I put you in T19
Back to the party.
The cries of pain to the north have stopped, while the southern sounds of pain are still going.
Eiren moves to intercept the wicked beast (just 10 feet directly to the west—is that K21?), attacking swiftly with his magical rapier and trying to keep the monster cornered.
Rapier Attack: 21 Damage: 14 piercing
Rapier Attack: 10 Damage: 9 piercing
As he attacks, he puts on a brave front and mocks the beast, rather humorlessly. "I'm not sure what's uglier, your face or your hindquarters; you repugnant brute." Second Wind 16
Eiren moves to attack the monstrosity with his rapier. He attacks twice, the first attack rakes the beast, while the second misses.
Baik moves south and now the sounds of pain are coming from the west of your position about 60 feet away. You stop at V25 as before you is a pool in this cavern glows with pale yellow light. Northeast of the pool, the turf gives way to a stone floor with a black gate set into it. East of the gate is a contact stone.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Corvin eyes the creature, but instead of following, spins to pick out where all of his allies are, casting Prayer of Healing to heal all of the members of the party and the bear for 12.
Corvin eyes the creature, but instead of following, spins to pick out where all of his allies are, casting Prayer of Healing to heal all of the members of the party and the bear for 15.
(Prayer of Healing has a casting time of 10 minutes... Do you have any way to make it faster that I don't know of?)
Using the opportunity that being hidden gave her, Velmine pulls and throws a dagger through the trees in an attempt to hit the monster unaware of her presence.
Attack:22Damage:22Piercing (I hope I'm doing this right, feel free to correct me, but... If I'm hidden it means I get advantage, therefore there isn't any reason to discuss why I have sneak attack, I just want to know if I really should have advantage at all...)
After her attempt is done, she tilts her head back, and calls out to the bear. "Bearie, I need you here... Come between the trees, and I'll give you an objective, attack the enemies in sight."
(So I'm using the ability to set an action the bear will be taking in each of his turns... I'll add in a spoiler always a multiattack roll for the bear in case he manages to hit anything, but it can be ignored if he can't do it.)

I'm not sure what you are doing with the dagger attack. Are you
Attacking at the end of your last turn, before it attacks Corvin
Attempting to make an opportunity attack (you can't because it has a bonus action disengage)
Using the fact that the are hidden to move into throwing range, say M20
You didn't read that it moved, and assumed it is still in front of you even though on the map it shows it in I-J,19-20
The bear only has 40 feet of movement and can't make it over to I-J,19-20 to attack this turn.
Velmine stealthily moves up behind Corvin and because it is distracted by Corvin, it doesn't notice you. Knowing that it is there you can see the monstrosity through the trees.
(I used this line as the base for my entire round. So I guess the answer is number 4? I specifically chose the dagger instead of the rapier in the chance that the creature wasn't within my range, but I guess that I still would need to move. If number 3 is actually possible and not like the others - which are impossible -, I'd like to do that, standing on M20 to attack, and then going back to O19 if possible.)
Velmine taking advantage of the fact that the monstrosity isn't aware of her, moves out of the trees silently (I let you use the stealth roll from last turn until you attack), and throws a dagger. The dagger flies true, opening a big gash in it's flanks. Velmine continues her move and almost makes it behind the trees again, ending in O19.
The Monstrosity attacks Eiren with both it's Attack: 13 Damage: 8 and it's Hooves Attack: 9 Damage: 14. The bite misses, but the hooves hit (I believe this will be the last turn for the Bladesong AC bonus). As a bonus action the monstrosity disengages and moves, squeezeing through one square, southwest past the trees and sounds of pain.
Eiren you can make a perception check as you follow it's movement DC 9. Everyone else can also try but the DC is 22 for the rest of the party

Corvin make a different action
(Whoops, use Mass Cure Wounds instead of prayer of healing. Adds another 2 to the amount healed)
Corvin moves to p20 and casts Mass Cure Wounds everyone can heal 17 HP if you haven't already. (Except for Baik who is invisible?)
