You move into the next cavern and you see that the trees in this forested cavern are scorched and gouged. The turf is burned and overturned, revealing the stone floor in places. You hear a soft rumbling.
As you walk a little bit in you can see a huge blue worm like (with lots of legs) creature sleeping, about 20 feet away. The rumbling sound is coming from the creature.
He will follow up with frostbite dc 16 con save or take 10 cold damage and have disadvantage on next attack. He is going to stay in the same spot he started

(I am only going to recap the surprise round until everyone has posted. Also while it is technically prone because it is sleeping, I am unsure of the condition would grant advantage in this case. Since the creature is huge and I believe that you have advantage because the proned creature is lower than the attacker. What is everyone else's opinion on this?)
Xavier's firebolt smacks into the obvious beast. While Eiren attacks twice with his rapier, only the second strike hits. He must have had distracted by the side of the creature.
(I am of the opinion that prone is prone—it’s not so much that it’s “below” you, but rather that being on such a position, it has a disadvantage at defending from your attacks. This is a major tactic when fighting giants, for example: try to trip them so they fall, then hit them while they’re on the ground. There are also creatures that are immune to the prone condition, like those with an innate hovering ability)
Eiren is in N14, and Qu’oth will stay about 20 feet above him.
(Not to interrupt anyone, but I think you two better organize that... It's impressive that only the two of you moved, and yet, you managed to land on the same spot... Is that a statement to how in sync we are? Or about how in sync we aren't?)
Velmine walks past Xavier, and heads southeast, on a diagonal line, until she stops at N17. At that exact moment, while sliding, thanks to the momentum of her running in this direction, she draws her rapier, and plunges at the monster.
Attack:20Damage:23Piercing
After that, she calls to the bear, who comes rushing down and stops at M-N,15-16, unleashing his signature rampage of attacks.

Since the creature is huge and I believe that you have advantage because the proned creature is lower than the attacker. What is everyone else's opinion on this?)
(My opinion is the same as Awaypturwpn, it doesn't really matter how big you are, if you're on the ground, it'll be harder to avoid attacks from up close, that's all there is to it. And by RAW, that's exactly what it says,
An attack roll against the (prone) creature has advantage if the attacker is within 5 feet of the creature. Otherwise, the attack roll has disadvantage.
Very straightfoward in my opinion... It might be a difference in versions again?)
On a round of movement, Velmine steps 10 feet east (now P17), and gets ready, by also calling the bear to come closer to her. (N-O, 17-18) The bear attacks first, and Velmine herself soon after it.
Bite Attack:22 Damage:5Piercing
Claws Attack:23Damage:15Slashing
Velmine's Rapier Attack:21Damage: Unable to parse dice roll. Piercing
(Test: 1. This is because I couldn't see my dice rolls, but rolling a new dice seems to give me results everytime, so that's what I tried. Now, to finish it off:)
Velmine, confident in her attack, leaves with her fancy footwork, going around the closest tree, to stop on T18.
Corvin please move to a different position as N14 is already taken. Looks like the whole N row is taken except for N13 and N12 both of which are in the trees.
Xavier's firebolt smacks into the obvious beast. And Xavier stays where he was when you first caught sight of the beast.
While Eiren changes a the legged worm and attacks twice with his rapier, only the second strike hits. He must have had distracted by the side of the creature.
Corvin moves around the beast to O17 and swings his Warhammer but he is distracted by the beasts size snd misses.
Velmine moves to N17 and plunges her rapier deep into one of the creature's many legs, almost severing it off. She calls the bear over and it's bite and claws both do damage.
Baik moves north until he can see the beast through the trees and casts Sacred Flame and hits the beast (I'm making it an automatic hit because I don't think a sleeping creature should have a Dex save. But being prone doesn't make a Dex save have disadvantage, if you cast a ranged spell attack that had an attack modifier that would be at disadvantage.)
Worm free action .
The blue many legged worm wakes up with a terrible roar.
Recap of the first round so far.
Eiren's rapier strikes true with both of his deft attacks.
Xavier casts a frostbite, Con save 18, and ice forms on the beast face and body.
Velmine moves to P17 and again takes off a leg. The bear moves to where Velmine was (as Corvin is at O17 I adjustad the bears location a little) and again it's bite and swipe combination does the trick.
Baik again launches a Sacred Flame, Dex save 23, but the creature is able to dodge the flames.
(You guys did a whopping 161 points of damage before it gets to attack.)
The worm is feeling pretty hurt and standing up it lashes out at what it perceives as the two biggest threats. It makes a Bite Attack: 15 Damage: 25 at Eiren. After chewing on her for a second, the blue worm swallows him. Eiren is blinded and restrained, and he has has total cover against attacks and other effects outside the worm.
The worm then tries to constrict around the bear Attack: 25 Damage: 12 bludgeoning damage + 22 slashing damage. Almost killing the bear. The bear is grappled (escape DC 16) and restrained until this grapple ends.
(If anyone read that Velmine was the one to get swallowed, I redid the math using just the attacks after the worm was awake, and using those numbers both Eiren and the bear did 23 points of damage to Velmine's 19.)
I agree with Xavier.
