(Sorry I forgot the grease was difficult terrain when I tried to post earlier, and I didn't have the time after I posted to figure out how that would change the way he moved. So I deleted the whole post.)
After hitting Eiren twice the golem moves towards the bulk of the party, squeezing through (see spoiler) L13. However he runs out of movement in L13 and ends his turn there.
Squeezing into a Smaller Space
A creature can squeeze through a space large enough for a creature one size smaller than itself. When squeezing through such a space, a creature must spend 1 extra foot for every foot it moves there, and the creature has disadvantage on attack rolls and Dexterity saving throws. Also, attack rolls against it have advantage.
I don't have Corvin's position on the map because he tried to move to H13, and Velmine beat him to that square. (See my last undeleted post). I will edit the map when he responds.
After seeing her dagger doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, Velmine sighs. "I knew it. The one hope I had I could be helpful, and it's gone with the wind. Well, good luck to you all, I'll, uh, see if there's anyone back the way we went before. We wouldn't wanna get surprised by someone being there." So, with that, she dashes in a full diagonal sprint towards the door on the other side.
(So, technically, a full dash as action and as cunning action give me 90 ft. of movement (which we established works before), and that should be enough to get her to the door. Since I want to open it stealthily, I'll not do it this turn. So, put her on T5 for now.)
Velmine moves to the other door and is posed to go down to stairs to the next room.
Corvin moves to right below the golem, and attacks it with his Warhammer. However the Warhammer doesn't seem to harm the golem at all. Then Corvin summons a Spiritual Warhammer directly above the golem and it hits the golem and causes so clay chips to fly around the room.
Xavier casts a firebolt at the golem, and the heat from the fire melts some of the clay as the bolt hits.
Qu'oth makes a flyby attack and attempts to swoop Eiren's rapier out of Eiren outstretched hands. Dex check 9 & 5 (that was supposed to have advantage) The owl is successful in grabbing the sword, but the catch is somewhat clumsy, taking the owl's action. Qu'oth then flys to Velmine in T5, but (unless you what him to drop it) he doesn't have anymore available actions to give her the weapon.
Eiren casts a chill touch and a skeletal hand attaches the golem deal some damage.
Baik shoot off his Eldritch blast at the golem. The first ray misses but the second bolt finds its target.
Golem's berserker roll 3
Golem's Haste recharge roll 3
The Golem moves to J:K-13:14 and makes two slam attacks against Corvin. 1st Slam Attack: 26 Damage: 15 followed by the 2nd Slam Attack: 18 Damage: 10. The 1st attack slams into Corvin while the 2nd attack misses.
Corvin make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or have its hit point maximum reduced by 15.
Qu'oth delivers the magical rapier into Velmine's hands and then flies back to be near Eiren. "Play it safe, Qu'oth," says Eiren, who knows from their previous interactions that damaged golems could possibly go berserk, and could randomly hit the owl once it starts thrashing about. (she doesn't have enough movement to fly to the golem and then get away without dashing)
Velmine is turned towards the door when she hears Qu'oth's wings flapping in her direction. It would call her attention, so looking back, she notices the owl with a smile. "Oh, good morning, little birdy. I appreciate it." And, with a smile, she raises an arm to catch the sword. From there, she darts, dashing southwest (cunning action), stepping through Eiren's spot, then avoiding the grease so that she can make it to L12.
(I'm almost sure this works, but it involves making a diagonal from M11 to L12, and that's halfway inside the grease, but I got godlike dex saves, so I should be fine.)
Attack:29Damage:48Magical Piercing
(EDIT: Velmine and her crits. It's always impressive.)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Velmine retrieves Eiren's rapier and rushes back into to fray and with a quick strike she manages to make a near fatal wound. The golem is still standing, but clay chunks are falling off.
Xavier casts a frostbite at the Golem (Golem Con save 15) and even more chunks of clay fall to yhe ground, but the golem is still barely standing.
Corvin attacks with his Warhammer, but even though the hammer hits the golem, the clay monster does seem to be hurt. Then Corvin directs his Spiritual Warhammer to attack, and with a mighty blow te Spiritual Weapon does the trick, leaving the golem in pieces.

(Damn! 15 doesn't hit? Looks like I am in over my head 😛)
Eiren tries to call up an arcane shield to withstand the blows, but the shield is not very effective. (Only one of the attacks is blocked)

Is one of those two rolls for the Spiritual Weapon?
I hadn't remembered that I cast spiritual weapon, so I thought that post was pretty straightforward. Guess not.
The roll above is for the war hammer. The con save was because you had asked for one when the golem attacked me.
Spiritual Weapon roll: 29 Damage 7
Corvin attacks with his Warhammer, but even though the hammer hits the golem, the clay monster does seem to be hurt. Then Corvin directs his Spiritual Warhammer to attack, and with a mighty blow te Spiritual Weapon does the trick, leaving the golem in pieces.
