The terrified displacer beast continues moving around the cavern walls (really straight south), provoking opportunity attacks from the Brown Bear, Velmine, Eiren, and Baik. As he enters the area around Corvin he makes a Wisdom save 18 and doesn't seem effected by the Spirit Guardians.
Brown Bear, Velmine, Eiren, and Baik all make opportunity attack with a normal attack (no advantage for flanking for this, I think.) At the end of his turn if he survives all attacks against him will be at disadvantage again.
(So he attacks, and then runs? I'll put the bear to attack first this time around.)
No, he didn't attack at all the bear is still at full health. I didn't see that he had an escape route, and he has to dash (because of Tallis' Fear spell. Both you and the bear can make normal attacks (no advantage though).
Tallis rushes across the clearing to flank DB1 across from Corvin.

There is no way to flank with Corvin (you would have to be at w17 to flank, which is past the wall). Please give me a 2nd attack roll for each attack for disadvantage. Also let me know which square you ended up in.
As he enters the area around Corvin he makes a Wisdom save 18 and doesn't seem effected by the Spirit Guardians.
(Doesn't slow it, but it does still take half damage on a successful save, for 21/2, so 10 damage.)
(Actually, I lied. The half speed happens regardless of whether the creature in question makes the seave or not. That's just a constant effect for affected creatures that are within range. The save is just for whether they take full or half damage from it. Dunno if the speed affects it's move or not)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.

The bear misses with it's bite .
Baik is up
Baik moves up 1 square (I’m flanking now, right?) and stabs again at DB4.
Attack: 13 Damage: 6 (if flanking:9)

Restate your turn

DB1 Dex save 18 (You forgot to say what the DC was, so I looked it up, it's 16.)
The displacer beast avoids the bonfire for now.
Gotta make another DC 16 dex save or take 1 +1 damage. It ended its turn in the fire.)
(wow. Minimum damage)

I'm actually changing the whole thing as I just realized that he isn't trapped after all. You will be getting an opportunity attack instead.
(So he attacks, and then runs? I'll put the bear to attack first this time around.)
Claws Attack: 18 Damage: 13 Slashing
(I'll assume that hits, which means Velmine doesn't get disadvantage... If that's how it works.)
Attack: 15 Damage: 29 Piercing (Rakish Audacity grants Sneak Attack.)

The Brown Bear, Velmine and Baik all hit the fleeing beast.
Velmine give me a 1d10 roll.
Eiren still needs to make his opportunity attack.
Then Tallis can take his turn. Tallis after each attack give me a 1d10 roll and make another Wisdom save at the end of your turn
1d10: 10
