Oswin runs into the house, glasses still on his face, still detecting magic.
As he enters, Oswin pulls out a tinderbox in his hand, and readies some sort of fire spell, looking for a target. Then he sees the unconscious cultist, the prisoner, and Limbo!
"Ah...I heard a fight happening. I came as quick as I could. How can I...um...help?" Oswin continues to survey the scene.
Keth follows Oswin in then makes sure that nothing is visible from the street. Blocking visibility with his large frame. Making sure passing by guards wouldn't see anything.
"Am I gonna have to kill the guards or was this righteous?"
Limbo’s head darts back to the door, cursing in her mind at forgetting to shut the door. And it’s them... great.
Limbo stands and dusts her fists off, “The garbage in the suit of armor was attempting to ‘sacrifice’ this sap. You want to help, figure out what she knows.”
Limbo will turn around and begin walking for the backdoor, “I’m busy. I’ll leave it to you.”

Dar walks in, handing Keth a piece of bacon as she does, "alright boys, close the doors and look away time for dar'khan to play. Hi Limbo! if you see a lost monk point her our way please."
wouldn't be funny if Limbo was zoo-zoo?
Dar stifles sudden laughter and mutters "yeah right, that could happen. now help me tie our friend up. oh, and kid... if you blab i'll skin you alive and sell your meat to buster." the last bit is delivered with a friendly smile
Oswin gets to business in securing the cultist. He will take off the black gauntlets and tie her up securely, to a chair if possible. He will truss her arms and legs, and then separately will tie her hands together.

If he has time, he will search the cultist for clues as to what she’s doing here. Investigation if applicable: 11
Oswin finds Limbo - THE Limbo - standing over the unconscious body of an unconscious person in chainmail and dark clothing. The gauntlet of the right hand was crudely painted black. In the corner of the room there sits a young man, plainly but well dressed. He responds shakily, pointing at Limbo, "She took care of it..."
Oswin's googles with detect magic pick up an aura only upon the enhanced items he is carrying.
Keth follows Oswin in then makes sure that nothing is visible from the street. Blocking visibility with his large frame. Making sure passing by guards wouldn't see anything.
"Am I gonna have to kill the guards or was this righteous?"
@HC - please give me a Constitution-Stealth or Constitution-Deception check to determine how well you use your bulk to block the door from outside prying eyes.
Upon reaching the door at the back of the room, Limbo finds the kitchen as well as a set of stairs up to the second floor. The kitchen has a small window that seems to be used as an exhaust when cooking. Although most people would have issues getting through the window, Limbo figures that between her lithe form and training, she could easily shimmy out the window.
Dar walks in, handing Keth a piece of bacon as she does, "alright boys, close the doors and look away time for dar'khan to play. Hi Limbo! if you see a lost monk point her our way please."

The young man in the corner, already exhausted, starts blubbering to himself under the threats from Dar.

Oswin is able to secure the assailant to a chair. The gauntlets, one painted black, the other unpainted, lay nearby on the floor. Oswin finds a spot on the woman's belt loop that seems to once have had a small pouch attached. Within a moment of completing his cursory search of her, she begins to rouse. "What? What's going on?" she stammers. Then, taking in the situation, she yells, "Let me out now or I will see you all crushed to a pulp!"
"Don't worry kid, I won't let anyone skin you." he winks then waits a moment before finishing his statement, "I'll just kill you clean. You know how messy it is to skin someone? The amount of blood that gets on your armor is just amazing."
The woman responds to Oswin defiantly, with hatred poisoning each syllable, "One... bone... at a time." She then gives out a gutural roar as she struggles against the bindings. Upon feeling the strength of the knots and bindings, she stops struggling. She sits there, calm, but with eyes glaring at all the newcomers in the room.
"that's why I'm not wearing any armor. how goes it winny? need me to get Khan? she normally handles this stuff for me, if i don't let her she gets... cranky" Dar seems concerned at the mention of this 'Khan' maybe a relative given the khan half of her own name.
Oswin wanders behind the woman, and gives a wink to the young man, shaking his head at Keth, as if to imply that Keth is just joking. While behind the woman, Oswin says, "I don't suppose there's any point in me asking what you're doing here, or who you serve?"
The young man continues to sob. He seems inconsolable.
The woman responds to Oswin, "I serve The Black Hand and we are here to conquer the weak and bring order to this chaotic land." Upon the beats of 'chaotic' and 'land' her vision shifts to Dar and Keth in turn. She then pauses and looks around the room, "Join us and know what it is to bring law to the lawless."
Perception check for anyone in the room with the woman.
Off in the backroom/kitchen area, there is some rustling as Limbo pivots around, deciding where to go and what to do.
Oswin leans on the back of the chair holding the woman. He feels that she was beginning to push back on it, upon feeling the pressure, she stops and scowls. She then says, "So... what of my offer. Join us and bring this city into glory."
A bolt of arcane force blasts between the cultists feet, as Dar lets out a low "heh...hehehe" she seems different though, you can practically see the crazy leaking from her eyes and her lips are ruby red in a wide toothy smile. head cocked to the side she stands confidently before the cultist, "Well well well, what do we have heeere? A cultist on the other side of the chopping block? how fun! oh dear, a little to chatty though. we haven't even started yet and you're spilling the beans! Bad hostage!" as she is admonishing the cultist she casually stabs the tied woman in the thigh with her sickle "and no escape attempts, those come later. see we let you go and follow you to your 'black hand' friends and kill you all and send your souls to Levistus" The more clever among you begin to realize this, is Khan. "And join you? you couldn't even handle sobby sap over there!"
Whether it was Khan's intention or not, as the sickle slides into her captive's thigh, there's a sudden burst of blood as the sharpened edge catches an artery. She begins to bleed out. Her skin begins to go pallid, she looks at Oswin, "You see? You wade in the filth of chaos. We would bring order."
The woman is grievously injured and is likely to pass out from the loss of blood within twenty seconds, if that, before succumbing to the injuries.
Oswin runs into the house, glasses still on his face, still detecting magic.
