Why nobody in the entire web don't create any dragon with Angel wings like it was a blessing? I was thinking at first, it was just because it would take time to create that but now I think it's just a curse subject. (This thread have been created for starting a wave of creation)
It would heal peoples, grant some wishes, be the warrior of the gods and more importantly, a hero in the eyes of the peoples. (Or a traitor working for terrible being) Imagine the rp opportunity.
D&D has stuck pretty close to classic dragons, but if you google 'feathered dragon' or something similar, you'll see that somebody in the entire web has in fact imagined this kind of dragon. I really like the concept too!
There used to be radiant dragons in 3rd edition, native to mount celestia. Though the artwork shows classic bat-winged type dragons, you could describe them as being more feathered (or radiant to the point you can't really see?), might be a good starting point for some inspiration on abilities.
In terms of statistics, if you have access to spelljammer content you might use an adult solar dragon as a starting point, if not I'd probably copy a metallic dragon variety and swap damage for radiant?
Former D&D Beyond Customer of six years: With the axing of piecemeal purchasing, lack of meaningful development, and toxic moderation the site isn't worth paying for anymore. I remain a free user only until my groups are done migrating from DDB, and if necessary D&D, after which I'm done. There are better systems owned by better companies out there.
I have unsubscribed from all topics and will not reply to messages. My homebrew is now 100% unsupported.

It could be cool, but I want specifically it to be any Chromatic or Mettalic dragon that have been blessed by some deity.
I have a picture of what I want but I don't know how to send it to you.
I have practically no idea what you're saying. If you want such a dragon to be part of your setting, just... make it?
