My county/parish has the most CV-19 deaths per capita in the country (14.6 deaths/100k people). Luckily I'm at a pretty low-risk age, so it shouldn't be too bad for me specifically. However, all 4 of my grandparents are still alive, and I would rather not have them all die at once.

I work at a funeral home and unfortunately I can't stay home. I've been working every single day since the outbreak started. So far in my county here in Missouri we don't have any confirmed cases, so the two groups I play with are still meeting in person but we are taking extra precautions when we meet.
Yep, you're not allowed to get tested unless the area you're from has confirmed cases, so they have to wait for someone to die before they can get tested, basically.

Plus some people aren't allowed to be tested at all because "they're not a high priority patient". Yeah, but what if I've been around someone who is a high priority 3 weeks ago and nobody knew that this was in the area?

The 'we don't have any cases here' logic is what gets people killed. Take this instance as an example: https://www.latimes.com/world-nation/story/2020-03-29/coronavirus-choir-outbreak
"Most people are other people. Their thoughts are someone else's opinions, their lives a mimicry, their passions a quotation."
