And I realised my calculation is wrong. I just calculated the chance of getting a given 6 numbers in any order, with nothing tying it back to previous rolls. I should be revision for an exam tomorrow though so I will not do conditional probability now

Ah ok. I tried to work it out by calculating the chance of getting each unique set of sorted results - squaring the probability for them - and summing them all.
For example 123456 (ignoring order) happens 720 times out of 46656 = 0.0154... then Square that for chance that 1st person and second person both get it. 112345 happens 360 times = 0.0077... square again 112346 happens 360 times..... etc..
Once you have the probability for double rolling each sequence you OR them by simply adding them all together.
Probably not a good explanation but it's how I got ~0.4% chance. Again I'm not sure if that's the way to do it. *shrug* I mean I love maths but I'm no professional. ; )

224556. Same as LightSpeed.
I'm going to have to work out how common this is at some point.

The probability of getting the same numbers but in any order is (if I did my maths right) 5/325 (Or roughly 1.5%)

I'm not sure how you worked it out and I'm not sure I did it the right way either but I got 1 in ~246 or 0.4%.

Well whatever is the correct answer, it is not that rare.

True. Especially if you look back to the 2nd previous post and 3rd previous and so on. It becomes almost guaranteed if you look back far enough.
