The reason I made this thread was a facebook group I was in had a similar joke thread that was a lot of fun, much like this post. The funny part is that group, and that post are long dead, but this has literally been going for almost 8 years now.

For context, I woke up to my regular alarm, then my brain thought "oh, right, we have a two hour delay today" and set another alarm for just today to 7:30. But my dad noticed I was still asleep around 6:30 and woke me up so I had like maybe a bit over 10 minutes to get ready...
