Earth has terrible worldbuilding, y’all. Like, there are leopard-camel-hybrids with pet birds and giant fresh water fish that might breathe air and has power over electricity but no dragons? Or Krakens? or any other interesting sentient creatures besides humans. Boring! Don’t know why people like the worldbuilding project so much…

I dunno. It's got some of the classics.
A time when the land was fire.
A time when the land was ice.
It has the formation of life, yearning out from the sea.
It has the beginning of animals, Cambrian Explosion.
It has a fish era. Amphibian era. The rise and fall of giant bugs. Both in the sea and on land.
There's a great themed time of giant reptiles followed by giant mammals.
Then you get an intelligent race that rises up. Some inter-species conflict. And a surviving champion. Long time without written records to let other authors make their own stories in that time, while still having a strong theme.
And then, after long stretches with more themes than specific dates, you get a burst of recorded history to build off of and dive deep into lore without it being overwhelming. Farming. First empires. Legends of the ancients that still refer to even more ancient times.
More population. Bigger empires. Bigger things. More conflicts. Times of peace.
Now we're in a spot where the writers decided to start exploring what would happen as people became more interconnected and have laid the foundation for a space era too.
Earth has great lore.
