Hello. I have 2 usernames linked with the same email address, clowe688@gmail.com. The character I was playing was under username xclowe688, when I logged in yesterday I couldn't find my character and told me to create new character. My DM can see my old character in campaign, so I tried to rebuild under user name clowe688, but it didn't turn out the same. Is there any way to access my original character(xclowe688)?
You’d need to sign in using the credentials for your original account. It wouldn’t be possible to use the same Google sign-in for two separate DDB accounts, for example, but someone could have Twitch sign-in which itself uses their Google account.
If you’re not able to figure out how you signed in originally, then you’ll have to contact customer service about account recovery. http://dndbeyond.link/SubmitTicket
