I've just upgraded my account to create a campaign and share my content but the campaign link isn't working when I share it. Has anyone else had this issue before?
When you send the campaign link to your party, you need to make sure they all copy and paste the link into a browser rather than clicking it! Should work fine :) it did for us anyway!
My group is having this same issue, can the DND Beyond team please make an IT ticket to fix this issue?
Which link are you using? The one that looks like "www.dndbeyond.com/campaigns/[numbers]" or the one that looks like "ddb.ac/campaigns/join/[more numbers]"?

Anyone else still having this issue? My group can click the link but it says "D&D Beyond is currently undergoing maintenance. 404 Error". But we've been getting this error for two days now. I'm the DM who created the link, and I can open it just fine. But everyone else, whether they copy the link to a URL page or just click the link, get the 404 error.
I've recently run into this problem. Player tries to join a campaign they are already in and their PC isn't being listed. They already have other PCs in the campaign so I'm not sure the issue. I tried the link reformating trick. Not sure if it's a me, them, or dndbeyond problem. Hard to troubleshoot somebody else's account...

You need the “join” link, not the regular URL.

That's what I'm using but for some reason none of the party can use the link. It keep telling us the link doesn't work
Can you private message me the link you are using? If there is a problem, I can pass it on to the team.

We've managed to fix it :) thanks so much for the help, folks!
What was the solution to this problem? My party is having the same issue but I'm not certain how to solve it.

I'm having this issue too with my campagin
For me this issue was solved by putting the link that was sent to me by my DM into the format "https://ddb.ac/campaigns/join/numbers". The link my DM sent me had the format "https://www.dndbeyond.com/campaigns/join/numbers"
It was necessary to remove the "www."
