I purchased the Player's Handbook a week ago and i still don't have have access to the content on character builder, iv'e tried clearing cache as i was told that sometimes it may be the cause but the situation hasn't changed

Did you purchase the “Compendium Only” ($20) version or the “Full Version” ($30) of the book. The Compendium is just the book to read and access, only the Full Version unlocks the options for the character creator.

I purchased Warlock of Archfey, but it won't show up for my patron options for my warlock. It only gives me the option of Fiend.

If you literally just purchased it, it might take few minutes to sync up (I think 15 is the max?)

You can also try just logging out and back in, that can sometimes cause the server to fix whatever its problem is.
