Hello, I was wondering if it is at all possible to delete published homebrew. There are some things I no longer want to have, or at least want to be able to edit but not have the original version then.

Characters: Lar-Dun Vanthaft - Human Warlock - Yawning Portal with Artymis, Moril - Tiefling Sorcerer - Dragondenn's Dragonlords, Paquinal Dalanthan - Eladrin Wizard - ShadowThorn's Out of the Abyss
Campaigns: Rod of Nankon, Darkness Reborn, Dungeonverse, Alycron - A Cosmic Horror West Marches (Co-DMing), One-on-Ones
Does removing it from my collection (which doesn't actually seem to remove it from my displayed list) mean it's no longer available for my OCs and in my campaigns?

If you remove them from your collection then they will not be able to use it for their characters going forward unless they have already added them to their characters, or if they added your homebrew to their personal collections.

You can “create new version” edit that, remove the old version from your collection and then republish the new version to replace the old version. This is one of the many reasons not to publish before you are 1,000% sure you are finished playtesting and editing your homebrews.
Agreed, I submitted something and didn't notice one little mistake and now I can't fix it (for others to use). I won't be sharing any of my homebrew either.

You cannot. You can remove it from your own homebrew collection though.

This policy is why I won't share any more of my homebrew. I regret submitting what I submitted and can't get rid of it.

You can fix it by publishing an updated version. There's an article on doing so here: https://www.dndbeyond.com/posts/1104-same-vision-new-version-updating-published
