I would like to see the ability to add monsters to an encounter that is already underway, not just add info, but to add monsters from the sourcebooks. I would also like to be able to add an NPC monster to the party's side of the encounter when calculating the CR of the encounter.
The ability to designate characters as villains would be nice too (so as to not skew the encounter difficulty determination). I'd second the idea of adding the ability to add monsters on the fly to an already in-progress encounter. I can't count how many times i've had to have several encounters open simultaneously because the group aggro'd in multiple rooms, and as much of a pain as that is, it is still easier than editing it the current way to include them.
The ability to add NPC character sheets to the Encounter Builder. I have a fair number of NPCs who aren't simply monsters, but have full character sheets.
If an NPC isn't a monster with a stat block, I can add their character sheet to the campaign, which (sometimes, when the Builder feels like it and is behaving) makes them show up in initiative, but doesn't make any of their abilities rollable.
Or I can add them through Manual Entry, but that also doesn't give me the ability to add attacks, weapons, or anything other than AC/HP/speed.
If all you use Encounter Tracker for is initiative order, the above is probably fine, but I use the Encounter Builder primarily to have all NPCs (monsters and allies) rollable from one place, without having to swap tabs every turn. If Manual Entry let you add attacks or something, that might work. But as it is, it's very difficult to run a fight with a mix of PCs, monsters, and NPC allies.
Maybe the simplest option (from the DM side, anyway) would be to let us see full character sheets in encounter tracker? Whether or not they were counted towards encounter difficulty or balance. This would also make it easy to jaeger a missing player (our usual way of handling a one-down game).
1. Art for all the monsters so Maps is more fun -- no more generic monster tokens, especially in paid modules!!!
2. The ability to see my Sources and/or Star/Favorite a source so I can see it right away on the top when I'm working through a module.
3. The ability players in a Campaign to operate each other's characters -- this would be so useful since someone is always late or can't make it to a session, and this lets someone else actively play the character and keep track of everything in DDB.
4. I'd like to have Roll Dice as an option outside of opening a character sheet. As the DM, sometimes I just want to roll dice and/or change up what I'm using in DDB.
Maybe show decimals in the "total gp" section of the inventory. For example, if I have 20 gold, 8 silver, and 3 copper, it would show 20.83 gold instead of just 20. Might help people keep better track of their money.
PLEASE Connect the Character sheet rolling to the Forums, specifically needed is the Play-by-Post forums. I can do this in Discord; why not here on DnD Beyond?

Just realized this is already a feature on the website. Please make it a feature on the app too!
I'd love the ability to swap a Divine Soul Sorcerer's 1st level spell chosen by alignment. We were told it would be implemented with the character sheet revamp that launched half a decade ago. There's ugly hacky workarounds, but we shouldn't have to use them.
Understandably this should be low on the priority list but would it be possible to hide the Cursed elements of magic items hidden on players sheets? I know you can have a workaround by cloning the magic item and deleting the text but that gets tiresome quickly - is there a better way?

Do your players use the website or the app to manage their characters? If they use the app then what you describe is the only practical way. If on the other hand they use the website then there is what I feel is a slightly better way. It still involves cloning the item, but instead of deleting that text I simply hide it in a spoiler. The entire spoiler and its contents are completely invisible when an item is viewed on a character sheet on the website. When it comes time to reveal the curse, about 10 or so minutes beforehand I edit the item to remove the spoiler revealing that text and re-save it. When the moment comes to yank back the curtain I simply tell the player to refresh their browser tab and voilà, as if by magic that text is suddenly there in the item’s description as if it was there the whole time. (Makes me look slicker than I really am. 😉)
Fix the Extra's page:
1. No rollable statblocks
2. Action blocks are missing (Bonus)
With a druid, trying to manage wildshaping + summon creatures, this is a core part of the class and one of the weakest parts of the character sheet.

you can, just hit the edit button, add the monster and save. it wil add the monster and keep life totals and initiative
I don't want to save and edit. I just want to add a monster on the the fly.

"Ammunition" weapon-type option for homebrew magic items.
It would also be good if the players or the opponents conjure creatures to fight in the battle.

How about adding "Tomb of Heroes"
How about:
