The most basic function of the website: that is to say all of the rules implemented for character sheets. I want the armorer artificer, the divine soul sorcerer, and the other partially implemented sub classes to work. I want the magic items to work as described. i want the encounter system to not crash multiple times per round 3 years after implementation. I want to be able to apply the effects of an artifact on my character sheet. I want hit dice to work on a short rest.
I don't want new features. I want the existing functions to be adequate. But that is less exciting for corporate goal setting.
I want to be able to use the individual purchase service I've loved for the past five years and is the main reason I was able to get into playing D&D! If it hadn't of existed I never would've started playing
1) An update to Maps so that VTT motion and video maps can be incorporated.
2) An ability to show proof of purchase of physical books to get a code for the digital content instead of having to buy it twice or at a exorbitant price tag.
I want it to work with Beyond20 and Roll20 so our game nights go smooth. Instead we're troubleshooting your updates and trying to figure out why D&D Beyond isn't rolling correctly or adding modifiers. Stop hedging against your own VTT BS and breaking what already works.
I would like to be able to purchase individual options from source/adventure books and then if I choose to buy the full product get a discount automatically based on the amount already paid. You know, like we use to be able to.
I would admire to have the addional dice of an homebrew function rolled on the character sheet. And the correct end result shown. (Example: Selfmade magical Longsword+1 with +1W6 Fire damage. Actually it rolls only the d8+1 of the longsword and the player must make a seperate roll with the d6 for the fire damage - and add both manually for end result.)
Addional it`s a great wish of me to have an function which implements the optional rule that the proficiency bonus is not a fixed number but an proficiency dice. (+2 = d4, +3 = D6, +4 = d8, and so on...)
bring back a la carte purchases, this would guarantee that non-DMs would still be purchasing player-facing options instead of giving you no money. Most won't cave and buy full books because most of what's in the book isn't for them, they just want the player-facing options
There used to be a time here on the DDB forums when our feedback would at least be heard if not directly taken on board. These days I can't help but ask if there's any semblance of a point to our feedback anymore.
It's already been made crystal clear to us that our opinions are not even welcome here unless they align with Wizard's. I don't recognize this space anymore, not that the other official platforms are doing any better but that's expected at this point. It's truly so sad what this place has become under WotC.
I wanna' be able to buy individual pieces of books again instead of the entire book.

This.
Yep
This one.
What's life without a little war to spice things up? Anyone who worries about the little things should notice the bigger picture.

Favorite games series: Dark Souls. Shirtless Solaire. Best best game series of all time: Paper Mario. Fight me about it.

Going back to a pricing model that people who can't justify buying whole books in triplicate to build all our characters would be nice.

I would like to be able to buy individual items instead of a whole book of stuff I won't use.
Couldn't agree more.

This, because it's the only thing that'll get me to use this site again.
I want wotc to have never bought DDB.
