The campaign I'm running features orcs, hobgoblins, and bugbears as prominent enemies, but the players are getting bored with the same old monsters, so I was wondering if anyone has heard of orc, hobgoblin, or bugbear variants. Could be homebrewed, from a blog, etc. Thanks in advance!
Step 2: Pick which race to convert it to - soldiery, high AC monsters should be hobgoblins, brutes/sneaks should be bugbears, etc.
Step 3: Add the Martial/Arcane Advantage feature for a hobgoblin, Agressive for an orc, Brute for bugbear.
Step 4: Remove any features or attacks that wouldn't fit, or figure out how to reflavor them to work.
That's about it. That should work for most of the humanoids in the game. Other types too, although that may need more adjustment of stuff like stats and resistances.
Well... there are a quite a few orc and hobgoblin variants that are official, if you look for them. I count a total of 10 orcs and 5 hobgoblins. For orcs, there are...
All of the above monsters that aren't in the Monster Manual are in Volo's Guide to Monsters.

Orogs are half ogre half orc right? And I like the Tanarukk. One of my friends used them in her campaign.
*They've fought them all. Here's a tip: Do not play multiple campaigns with the same group for a year and a half.

Actually, they haven't. Must remember to use one in a session soon.
