After the second leak and the new wave of unsubs are hitting, I'm curious to see a ratio that we, the people can look at instead of just taking the word of Hasbro on numbers.
EDIT: A new update post from staff has been posted, so please feel free to change your votes if you already have.
Please keep comments to what you personally voted. Do not try to debate the OGL (There are countless threads for that), and do not try to sway or "convert" others into one stance or another. This is a place for everyone to add to the analysis that can be possibly used as a small scale model for a wider pool. Let's keep it classy and respectful.
Just did right now. I will have until june to wrap up my current campaign. the race is on. I can't wait to try all the other games out there. working on a DCC campaign right now.
Interesting that there's no option in this poll for 'never subbed'. It sucks that I truly can't vote with my wallet and hurt WotC's bottom line here, but I suppose not having contributed to them at all is fine too.

I wanted to guage the unsubscriptions, so that's why there's not an option for never having subscribed. You're doing your bit by not bothering! You were ahead of us all, my friend.
I unsubscribed just now, but mainly because I don’t use it right now and have meant to for a while. I don’t like what I’m hearing about the OGL, but I also realize it hasn’t been officially released yet, so perhaps there’s still time for a change. Think about the Xbox One reveal, there was a huge amount changed between reveal and launch because of customer feedback. Maybe WotC will do the same….(Please, no offers to sell me any bridges, I’m still waiting on delivery for the last two I bought. :p)
I'm with ya on this. Part of me wanted to be subbed just to unsub today... I mean, never being sub might be good, sure, but it doesn't really send any message; it's not something the higher-ups will notice...
Still, wishing my best wishes to the unsubscribers! Hopefully that affects them significantly!

I personally won't try to sway you any direction. I created this poll so people could be honest without judgement. This is just letting us see the ratio of how people are voting with their wallets, not WHO is voting with wallets.
On that note, let's make sure we don't try to preach in this thread. If you want converts, find one of the dozens of other threads on the topic of the OGL 1.1 trash fire. We should keep this one for just ratios and if people want to just say what they voted.
If you would like to delete your D&D Beyond account, you will need to submit a support ticket to us in customer support.

My annual is up at the end of the month, so I downgraded to start with but I'm wondering what happens to my sheets if I cancel entirely? I've got 30+ characters, but only about 4 in rotation at the moment, do you get to choose which 6 sheets stay active?

Hmm. Probably not? Best to download the sheets top your computer to keep them all in case it's random. I THINK it would be the top six at the start of your list, but I'm just guessing. Sorry I'm not of more help!
Just cancelled my Master Tier subscription. Here is the message I put in the feedback.
I am cancelling my subscription because of OGL 1.1. I am sorry for the great creative people at WotC and DDB, including the CSR reading this. This isn't your fault, it's a bunch of greedy corporate arseholes who like to burn things down. Because of OGL 1.1, you have LOST MY SUPPORT AND MONEY.

"Orcs are savage raiders and pillagers with stooped postures, low foreheads, and piggish faces with prominent lower canines that resemble tusks." MM p245 (original printing) You don't OWN your books on DDB: WotC can change them any time. What do you think will happen when OneD&D comes out?
as a note, D&D Beyond subscriptions is the #1 way that Hasbro/WOTC is tracking community sentiment. So unsubscribing until the reverse course is the best way to tell them you don't like the changes.

Did it yesterday!

If this continues, D&D will really be under monetized.

Thank you. It's not much but all I got. This seems like a nice community as well.
Of course. Take care in all that you do. And above all, happy gaming!

Unsubscribed... and urging others to do so as well. I also will not be purchasing books or dice or anything.
