This homebrew Subclass has data mapped to it that is licensed content or private homebrew. This typically occurs when licensed or private homebrew spells are linked to the Subclass.
Remember, private homebrew is automatically shared with other users in your campaigns and does not need to be shared with the community for players to access.
Just a heads-up. You don’t have to publish them for you and the people in campaigns with you to use them. Publishing just lets the rest of the world use it if we want. As long as whatever you make is in your “collection” you can use it no problemo. And once you publish something, I hope you never want to change it. You can, sort of. But it’s a pain in the neck and has some ongoing inconvenience associated with it. So if you’re not 1,000% it’s ready, like if you haven’t playtested and edited, then I would recommend waiting.

Go to Spells and search for each spell. On each spell should be what sourcebook the spell is from. If it's from the Basic Rules or Elemental Evil Player's Companion, you're good. If not, you cannot publish it to the homebrew community.

You either linked an unpublished homebrew spell to the subclass, or one of the official spells that are restricted.
If you added a homebrewed spell it will need to be published first.
If you added any official spells, only the ones from this list are allowed to be attached to something and it still be published:

Otiluke’s Resilient Sphere is from the Player's Handbook. If you remove that and add Resilient Sphere (which is from the Basic Rules) you should be good to go!
