I have purchased the digital and physical bundle for the 2024 book set. I got a cancellation notice in my email this morning for the physical copy of the DMG because the payment failed to process. This payment has already come out of my bank account from wotc for the exact amount on my original email receipt.This is the SAME payment method I have paid for and received the 2024 PHB and master tier subscription (paid 11/4). I have opened a support ticket who gave me a code to re-buy the physical DMG at the same discount I already had from the bundle - completely ignoring the fact that they already took the full price of the book! And the discount they gave would not cover the monster manual digital + physical from the bundle! How do I escalate this?
Opening my ticket now, I received the exact same email for exactly the same reason, which is very strange. Oddly, the package tracking number still shows it is on the way.

I am in the same boat now too except I never did receive my PHB. It was charged to my card then refunded. Now the same thing is happening with the DMG as you guys. I have two charges pending to my CC and FedEx says its on the way. I have had a couple tickets open with support from replying to the emails but today when I check the support website it says I have no pending tickets at all.

I, too, was double charged and received the cancellation notice. I still have a tracking number for the hard copy, which makes me think the double charge was cancelled.
I can’t see the three-book order in my ordered items, which is a big concern. I’ll have to try to find this support ticket system and open something up.
You may have to change the filtered date range to see the order. It defaults to only showing orders in the last 3months and if you ordered in August or earlier it wont show anymore. That freaked me out too.

I can see it cancelled in my DnDbeyond order history. I also received 2 separate emails from dndbeyond saying it cancelled because of failure to purchase. Same issue. The “test@dndbeyond.com” email and the high volume of support requests on their ticketing system implies this is some sort of technical issue. Posting here hoping they clarify here.
